Nature's Table Bistro

We got the Baja Turkey and it was spicy and large. A very tasty meal with lots of meat and flavor.

Ordered a salad before my flight. They had a decent amount of options and listed the nutritional facts, which was nice. The salad was about $13 and was made within a few minutes. The flavors were great and the size was pretty decent. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value.

So much respect for Lorena and Andres at Nature's Table in Terminal B of MCO. It's not easy to get to an airport job, parking off site and going through security just to get to your location. They were here early enough to serve me a healthy breakfast at 4:15 AM. And they did it with professionalism and a smile. It's the small touches that add some magic to a long day of travel, and I appreciate them being here to be that magic this morning.

On our way from Orlando to California, we caught a morning flight and decided to grab a quick breakfast before boarding. While exploring the airport, we stumbled upon Nature's Table Bistro, which was open and had a bagel with fruits on its menu.My companion and I promptly joined the queue and opted for an Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese, as well as a bowl of fresh fruits. The service we received was excellent, and the bagel was perfectly toasted.I enjoyed starting my day with a delicious bagel and cream cheese, which served as a satisfying meal before boarding my flight. Additionally, the food bowl offered a variety of fresh fruits, making for a delightful and nutritious option.This bistro is great for those looking for a quick breakfast option.

I got a bottled water, acai bowl and a sugar cookie here before my flight. I like the healthy options here which is uncommon at the airport. They also had salads, wraps and even a vegetarian plant based fake chicken option. I will come here again for the healthy choices.

I should have looked at reviews - the food is old veggies / frozen meat & eggs - not good at all.I got an egg croissant sandy and it was nearly inedible. Service was fine - it's an airport cafeteria so ambiance depends on the flow of people.

The morning crew was very sweet. I got my food efficiently and I felt good after finishing my meal.

Always a bottleneck at the cash register. After ordering food, the wait in line to pay is forever. Customers can't remember what they ordered. The register operator asks a million questions. It's a complete breakdown in a process that is inefficient and poorly thought out.

I was surprised how much I liked Nature's Table Bistro because so many people had bad reviews on here. This spot is a quick service restaurant in the food court past security in Terminal B of MCO Orlando Airport. I ordered the sesame thai wrap and it was pretty good. I would definitely order that again next time. The staff will make your meal as quick as they can so it can take about 5 minutes to get your sandwich. There's other food spots next door if you're feeling a burrito at Qdoba or a smoothie at freshens. Tables are in the center (indoor) to sit at. I would come back here again.
