We dined in for our anniversary and had a five star experience. The restaurant is actually around thw corner from the free parking and it can be easy to mias because they have a amall sign that just says NATSU. If you kewp walking you will find it on the left because Google maps will tell you that you have arrived, but another restaurantia on the durect corner.Anyhow, from the moment we walked in we had a Michelin starred eexperience with a nicely paced out multi-coursed omakase. The food was phenomenal. They made the proper accommodations for me because I have Celiac Disease and can not have gluten. I also did the sake/wine tasting which was coursed out along with the omakase. Dinner was fantastic and everyone was so friendly; I genuinely loved every single course also. I loved this restaurant and highly recommend it. I will definitely be back!

Easily a Top 3 Sushi place for me in Orlando. It's not just the food, it's the experience. The intimate space allows for the VIP treatment for all. The chefs are passionate about each dish they create and let you know it. The first couple of dishes are all works of art. Half the time I don't even know what I'm eating but I know the flavors are all incredible and blend so well together. The sushi is obviously the star of this place, and it's all incredible. Each cut of fish just melts like butter in your mouth. The portions are also perfect. We left full, but not stuffed. This is honestly the perfect date night too. Sharing a bottle of sake and listening to pop music while enjoying some of the best sushi I've ever had, truly made for a wonderful experience.

Chef Stone is an absolute genius. I'm always hesitant to spend the kind of money to do out of the ordinary experiences but this absolutely lives up to the hype. Every dish was so perfectly done. Every bite was a journey. The ambiance was beautiful and cozy, with only 10 seats per seating. will be back for sure!

Wow this place blew me away!! This was the best omakase experience that I've had so far. I can see why it got a Michelin star! The interior is very beautiful and modern. The service was also amazing. Our host was so friendly and welcoming, and you could tell the chefs were passionate about what they do. And it clearly translated into the amazing courses we were served. We got 17 courses total, as well as an off menu palate cleanser. There truly was not a single thing that I disliked. There were a few items on the menu that I usually don't like, for example mackerel, but I actually enjoyed it here! The pacing was also perfect. I didn't feel like I had to wait too long between courses. The whole experience was about 1.5 hours long. I'm definitely coming back here again the next time I'm in Orlando!

I mean... just an AMAZING omakase experience. It's exactly what you expect: super modern and minimal. From the moment you enter the door, the attention to detail is evident, the staff and atmosphere are welcoming, and the value is clear. Yes, it's small, and reservations are required, so they're expecting you, but the greeting still felt individual and exclusive, like they'd been waiting for just me and now the show could begin.I ordered sake to start, and I loved that I was invited to choose my own ochoko from a box of unique designs, extending the personal vibe. We enjoyed around 16 courses, each one perfection, beautifully plated, handled with care, and better than the last. I'm pretty sure the menu changes seasonally and based on availability, but some highlights were the truffle kampachi, toro caviar, mackerel, and the torched barracuda, which I'd never tried before. My friend and I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it.

Excellent! The inside is so modern and absolutely gorgeous with every detail thought out. Even the plates and silverware were so unique. The fish was so fresh and chef was so nice and professional. They had an extensive sake list with really unique glasses. That's what really stood out to me was the the thought behind each detail. It was also some of the best Ice cream ive ever tasted!! So no matter what do not skip the ice cream!

Was due for an omakase experience so landed at Natsu to try out the newest one in town. Elegant little spot in the north quarter of downtown. Pieces were delicious. Really enjoyed some of the flavor combinations they had compared to other restaurants. I went a few months ago right as they got their Michelin star rating so I got their dinner price before it shot up to $180. Servers and chefs were kind. It felt very intimate and quiet at times so if you don't like extra chitter chatter, you may really enjoy the peacefulness of it. May or may not return for the price. I think I enjoy the price to experience ratio of other locations better.

Really had an awesome dining experience here. The Combination of flavors and quality of food is truly special. The culinary team lead by Chef Stone makes the experience very enjoyable. Cassie at reception and hosting together with Anthony (thanks for a great Sake recommendation) make you feel welcome since you reserve and all the time there. Nothing is rushed and the team is very friendly while professional. This was a truly special dining experience. Well deserved Michelin Star. The only thing is that the music selection can be more Zen to have a fantastic ambiance.

Natsu Omakase was unprofessional and unwelcoming, leading to a disappointing experience. 1. Chef Stone, host Dylan and Steven reject to serve us simply because we couldn't eat rice. They require every guest eat rice as served, even after we politely explained a rice allergy, which felt unreasonable and unaccommodating. 2. Chef Stone, host Dylan and Steven offered a refund only for one person, which was absolutely unacceptable. They not only denied service but also charged us because we did not accept being forced to eat rice. RIDICULOUS!!!3. Chef Stone pre-cut all types of fish at once instead of slicing and preparing each sushi piece individually. On top of that, the same knife was used across different fish without being cleaned between cuts.4. Sake was served in wine glasses instead of traditional sake cups, even though the restaurant claimed to strictly follow omakase traditions when denying our request to remove rice. This double standard was frustrating.5. The food was overly salty, with soy sauce and yuzu overpowering the natural taste of the fish. The entire experience was disappointing and lacked the hospitality expected from a high-end omakase restaurant. If you are want to have a perfect unwelcoming and uncomfortable experience. Please go there.
