Napoli Italian Pizzeria

This place name is misleading! IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE NAEAPOLI pizza. Its a place like Domino's pizza or Pizza Hut! Fast food type of pizzeria! Pizza is baked on these commercial gas ovens and no char or taste like traditional italian pizza! What ca be improved? First the oven... replace it and add some char when baking pizza!Travel to Italy and taste real pizza! If you cannot make it like that, at least try to bake it like Italians!

Nice place with decent pizza and wings. This is not a destination but an alternative where you may find some you'd like. I got a Bianca pizza, a mixed pizza and some wings. No complaints.

The food is really delicious here. The pizza that I had in the photo was amazing! The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful as well. If you are craving for Italian, this is the place to go!

Couple of slices of pizza to satiate a Saturday evening munch. Got some garlic knots and meatballs to go for Saturday Night Live viewing later.

Really good NY style pizza! Garlic knots while we waited for our pie. Definitely recommend this place. Also had the small calzone which was not small at al but was delicious. I don't live in the neighborhood but would travel here just for some good pizza

My favorite pizza spot in the area. All the employees are always genuinely friendly and helpful. They have recently updated the interior and it's looking great. However, the the best part is the food. From the pizza, the pasta, the wings and the empanadas. It's all worth it!

Limited COVID seating. So many to choose from. Thin sliced four cheese was delicious. Pricing is relatively fair to the sizes of the slice they give you. Enjoyed my slices !!

We have been a regular customer at this restaurant since we moved to Orlando 4 years ago. We typically enjoy their pizza and other menu items, especially the Monday large pie deals.Tonight, even though it's $15 for 10 wings, we decided to order wings with our order. We get home and open the box and they look like wings off of an infant chicken. They are literally the length of maybe 2 quarters with almost no meat on these things. I called the restaurant and believe I spoke to the manager Kristen. When I explained that we paid over a dollar a wing for wings off basically a newborn chicken, she gave me the saddest response I've ever heard from a manager before. "We know". She proceeded to tell me that they're aware these wings are extremely small, and justified it by telling me that customers were "more upset they had NO wings than these tiny wings". I asked her if she thought these were worth the price and she told me these are all the restaurant can get and they're passing off the 6X price increase off to the customers. I understand the increased prices, but on top of that offering something half the size of what you had before is just sad.A manager that is entirely OK passing off an awful product at an extremely high price while KNOWING and ADMITTING it's not worth it is just pathetic. What else are they compromising on? We will not be giving them our business in the future due to this poor response.

What's up with pricing on the menu? Is that the pricing with a comma ,, between a bunch of numbers? Did the place lose their decimal point or period and used a comma instead?This place dropped off a bunch of menu's at our hotel, and we got a good laugh out of the joints menu with all the commas,,. Go woke. Go broke. We'll pass.
