This place makes a good Vietnamese Bún chả Hà Nội bowl, although their fish sauce is a bit sweet for my taste. They have the advantage of being open Wednesday, when the other place in this plaza isn't. Note that they no longer offer Bánh mì.

Great food. The menu is limited but the flavors are on point!!! A bit disappointed that get things they sell are all available to eat on the spot. Their ice coffee was very strong and delicious. The few items we tried from their menu were fantastic.! Will have to come back to try the rest.

loved this place! it's small with not a lot of room but very popular! went on a weekday during summer with some friends and had a nice experience. the food was delicious and a good portion for the price! they serve it with your choice of a canned soda. the cashier at the time was also our server and very hospitable.

(9/6/2023) Came by for a late lunch during a workday and this was nearby. Felt like having something "soupy" that day. This totally hit the spot. it's not the watered down versions of Vietnamese soups or other dishes and this place is buried in the side strip mal in West Colonial Chinatown. You really have to want to find this place and I think you really do. It was totally worth a little bit of a wait, it's a very local-ish mom and pop type place. The Bun Bo Hue and Bun Rieu were very flavorful and had some deep layered funk, fish sauce, crab, tomato, and pork bones. Definitely this is a return and worth seeking out. I'm looking forward to trying all the things.

A very cute shop for vietnamese food and dine in as well. They have deli items such as the vietnamese sausages/ham plus baos (buns with stuff inside). Theres a variety of banh mi's but couldn't try one because it was a holiday and they didn't have any bread that day. We got a few normal stuff such as bun bo heu, dry noodle bowl with grilled pork and banh cuon. All were very good to me! The vietnamese coffee was strong but it is made ahead of time and not fresh brewed right when you order but still good! They also have artichoke tea here!! Everyone was so nice. If you eat in, you can sit and theyll come take your order. Super friendly. It is the opposite side of where first oriental plaza is.

Nam Giao Deli, most definitely, deserves more credits than it should. I love the fact how much this place reminds me of home. The flavor of the foods and the gentle atmosphere brings me comfort. The workers always welcome me with open arms, like literally! Their youngest workers (a 4 years old) always keep me company with his cute acts and mischievous behaviors. On a regular basis, I usually order the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (Bun Bo Hue) since is it one of my classic favorites. Typically, during lunch hour I would ordered their combo rice platter with korean galbi (short ribs). I recently tried Nam Giao's Fried Chicken with Yellow Rice and it was amazing! The chicken was super crispy on the outside and tender in the inside. The rice had a unique aroma. On a personal side note, I think I am here too often...sometimes 2-3 times a week. Oh my poor wallet but it is okay as long as the food makes me happy.

An unassuming hole in the wall that turns out to be one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Orlando!Nam Giao's clientele is mostly Vietnamese and they serve many traditional Vietnamese staple dishes that aren't available at other restaurants. "Banh cuon" and "bun cha Hanoi" are a few examples"Bun cha Hanoi" is the dish that Barack Obama ate with Anthony Bourdain in Vietnam. There's grilled pork AND grilled pork meatballs in a savory, sweet & slightly vinegary broth/sauce. You spoon that deliciousness over a bowl of rice noodles, pickled carrots+dikon threads, fresh veggies & herbs. If you like the classic Vietnamese "bun thit nuong" with grilled pork & rice or noodles with that sweet "nuoc mam" sauce, you need to come to Nam Giao and try the northern variation. Ask for "bun cha Hanoi."
