Naatu Naatu Pure Vegetarian Restaurant

TERRIBLE ! TERRIBLE ! TERRIBLE ! Even if it's the last place on Earth , I would suggest not to consider this restaurant . The lady who seems to be the owner is extremely incompetent of doing the job and she has a very bad attitude towards her customers . She is unprofessional and has zero time management skills. The place is severely understaffed . There is no difference in experience between dining in and an online order . In both scenarios , you will not know when you will be seated or served food . Say your food pick up time via Uber eats is 10 pm , if you at all get the food , it would be not earlier than 11 pm . Now coming to food quality , not sure what oil she uses , be prepared to have a lot of antacids handy after consuming food from this place or you will die of heartburn !

I had the Vivaha Blhojanambu Thali and it was so good!! A lot of food and great variety. I love Thali because you get to sample a little bit of everything. This is very authentic and excellent quality. I've been to India for work, am vegetarian, and having worked for an Indian company know what to order and this exceeded my expectations. I'm so stuffed! Excellent service and very fast. I highly recommend this restaurant!!

Food was outstanding. If it's nearby I would be going every day! They have the same south indian veggie dishes with spicy in the correct limitations

Quality of food is good. The food was served hot and tasted fresh. We came after a long day from disney world. We liked it. I am taking 1 star for not keeping enough backend support staff.

I stopped in to eat dinner when i found this restaurant near my hotel. The thali was delicious! Also very nice decor inside. Great friendly service.

Had food here twice when I visited Orlando. But totally disappointed with their customer service. They were understaffed and both the days made all customers coming to the restaurant wait for minimum 45 min and also once provided a table, were hesitating to take orders since they were giving out online orders and neglecting customers who are coming to the restaurant. I would advise the restaurant to prioritize customers who are coming to restaurant first and in case of a situation like this , stop taking online orders. Although food is very good and ambience is great, things like this will put off customers.

After Universal theme park, we were super tired and decided to go to an Indian restaurant. As this was vegetarian restaurant , so we decided to go to Naatu Naatu, so we called them for reservation, and the management told us please stop by. After reaching, they asked us to stand in the queue for 45 minutes. After standing for 45 minutes, the management told us you need to wait for another 45 minutes as we do not have any tables available. The worst management!! They don't even know how to manage crowd!! In addition to this the restrooms were in the worst shape,

Great food, even if a little pricey. Service was good. Ambiance could have been better. But, with food this good, who cares!

Really nice vegetarian restaurant . Love the food and service. Specially I really recommend Mirchi bhaji. Yummy.

We got thali - the portions were very less. curries are almost saltless. Very costly for the amount of food portions. Disappointed.
