Located on the lobby floor of the Signia Hilton in Bonnet Creek, Muse offers Starbucks-made coffee, a variety of baked items, including a couple that are gluten-free, ice cream, breakfast and lunch sandwich items, lots of snacks, and both canned and bottled non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. Just keep in mind that all the pricing is hotel pricing, meaning you're spending a lot more than you normally do on everything. If you want an iced cold brew, you'll spend at least $8. A deluxe croissant breakfast sandwich will cost close to $25. If you want any snacks with that, add another $10 to $30, depending on what you get. The service is okay, depending on who takes and makes your order. One day, I ordered a 20-ounce iced cold brew, but they gave me the wrong size, which was annoying. Will the walk-in, take-out cafe do? Well, it depends if you want just to grab something for your room or sitting in the lobby, or do you want something more sit down, or just grab your car or ride share to take a 15-minute drive to Disney Springs.It works for convenience, and you'll be caffeinated at least. But it comes at a cost.

This place inside the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is unbelievable!! A GEM and A LIFE SAVER !I wish I live next to a Coffee Shop like that!The staff is very nice, attentive and friendly! They also pay attention to the details with your drink order!They use my favorite coffee brand which is LavAzza! They also use their machines and carry their cold brew and Nitro cold brew coffee!They have amazing sandwiches, salads , donuts, cookies , bars and many good snacks that they make it in house!They also carry many pre packed products like snacks , chips , bars , cereals and many things like a convenience store.Also they have some good ice creams. Plus soft drinks bottles and wines. And above all it's 24 hours!!Many Thanks to all the staff! You were a reason for a good stay!

Quick serve outlet just off the lobby of the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. My daughter and her friend wanted a sweet treat after snacking at the conference's VIP Reception at Sir Harry's, which I got them into as my guests. They got some chocolate coated rice crispies; and, a brownie.Then, went back for a Peanut Butter and Strawberry Preserves Macaron, which was very good. Prices are high, as you would expect. Service was abrupt; but, attentive.They ate their treats on the screened-in deck outside the lobby bar, which was very comfortable; and, had a nice firepit.

You will be pleasantly surprised to find this place on the way to your business destination while you only have few min to spare and need to grub a quick breakfast. They have unlimited items on the menu list like croissant with egg, cheese and bacon or bagel with cream-cheese, some refreshments, coffee, muffins, danishes, cinnamon buns, donuts, coffee cakes, chocolate croissants or even chocolate dip strawberries, brownies and freshly baked cookies. But the most amazing thing is their Lavazza coffee selection....its unlimited! And prices are pretty reasonable. Barista is such a sweetheart. Rafael is here to please and make your stay is as exciting as he possibly can. His patience is never expires. One customer in front of me change her latte order 3 times on him and Rafael with a huge smile from ear to ear changed all 3 times for a different milk and a different flavor, according to the customer vanilla don't go with coconut milk and hazelnut flavor can't taste good when mixed with almond milk. When I happened to be part of this "conversation" and was listening to this madness, all I was thinking was why the hell she didn't do her homework before waisting my time and driving this poor guy insane. But he, I think, is immune to this kind of people already and kept his coolness all the way through. I love Matthew! He is the best. Very knowledgeable and so friendly. Made me feel like I was at home. Made a long day of walking around not so miserable in this Florida heat.

Went for breakfast and coffee one morning while I was at a conference on the property. The customer service was terrible that I received from Elizabeth at the register. If I am already over paying for gas station items maybe a good morning or thank you wouldn't hurt. She was absolutely inconvenienced that I came up to pay for my items or that she had to scan items that I purchased. I definitely will just door dash going forward.

I was on a time crunch and decided to stop by and grab a quick bite before I had to hit the road. I got the lox bagel which is $12.50 but somehow I got charged for $23.50. I asked for the receipt and the cashier refused to give it to me. I had to ask her again and she finally gives it to me after telling her I saw her print my receipt and put it under the desk. I looked at the receipt and the cashier charged me for oatmeal when I didn't even buy it. How on earth do I get charged for an item I didn't even buy and the cashier does want to give me my receipt ? If you're hungry or in a rush, I recommend to NOT come here. Food is mediocre at best and the service was shady. It feels like a SCAM and not the way someone would want to start their day. Save your money and go elsewhere with better service, food, and good business practice.

$4.5 for one scoop that taste like medium quality store bought. On top of this they serve it in a cup for water. No respect for their customers. Avoid avoid avoid!
