One of my all-time favorite foods. The quality of the noodles and the broth are unmatched. Definitely one of the best hidden gems of Orlando

Wanted to see how the Asian food is in Florida. I was enticed by the "hand pulled noodles" in the restaurant name. And Damnn this was really good and something I would order if it were in Boston. We ordered the bolognese and cumin lame noodles. Both were delicious and the noodles were an awesome texture!! We also go the salt and pepper chicken. It was more like Taiwanese fried chicken and a complemented to the noodles we got really well!Portions were very reasonable for its price and the cashier/server was very nice and helpful. Place was very clean.

Food: 3.8/5We're visiting Orlando for a few days and were super excited to try this place out since you don't see this kind of food in south Florida. We got the hand pulled noodle beef noodle soup, cumin lamb noodles, chili oil pig ear and cucumber salad. The flavors tasted very traditional and definitely hit the spot. Cons were the noodles were over cooked for both dishes and I wish the cumin lamb had a bit more flavor. It was also very greasy. The pig ear was probably the best part because the chili oil was so flavorful. Also, we asked for medium spicy under the impression spicy was very spicy, but it wasn't spicy at all. Portion sizes for the pig ear and cucumber were also small. Do note, we are harsh critics because I originally am from California and my standards are very high! This did hit the spot though after not having Chinese food for months. I would come back just for that.

This place had so much potential but fell short. The service was nice but they had credit card system issues and couldn't charge our bill for a while. The kitchen was very slow even though we were the only diners. The pig's ear cold appetizer was very tasty. Crisp cartilage with lots of spicy savory flavor. The rou jia muo bao bun with braised meat stuffing was decent but nothing to write him about. It's a Xian staple and this place made it not quite there. The beef noodle soup had good broth but it wasn't as flavorful as we wanted. The knife cut noodles were fresh and made well. There was plenty of beef radish slices. If they worked out some of the 'new restaurant' kinks, they have good potential.

I came here one afternoon with my work/gym buddy after the gym. It's located in the Publix plaza in Ocoee on Clarke Rd. The restaurant is hard to find and just like another review, the directions makes you think it's in a crab boil place. I think this restaurant needs to update their maps locations because I kept driving around the Publix looking for it when it was actually right there in plain sight. The food here is good but the pictures don't match what you're actually ordering. I kept thinking my meal was missing something. I really hope the restaurant updates their address and menu so they can lure more customers in and actually keep them. I'll probably give them another chance since I now know where they're located. But I'm not sure... I'll think about it.

This restaurant has been on our list of places to visit and we finally made it here today! We got there a little after 11:00 for lunch and we were able to grab a table. It is a smaller spot so if you want to be sure to have a table I recommend going when they open! My husband and I both got Mr. J's Hand-Pulled Noodles for our first visit. We both did them at a mild spice level and I did the "Normal" width noodles and my husband picked the "thin" noodles. We could see the noodles being pulled and made in the back which was so fun!! We both loved our choices and it was the perfect level of spice. The broth was so flavorful and it was such a large portion. We can't wait to come back and try a different kind of noodle!

This place is tucked away in a shopping center. It's a little hard to find if you weren't specifically looking for the restaurant since they still had the previous restaurant sign up. You order at the counter and then find a seat. I loved the noodles, it was cooked perfectly! They had tons of options on how you can get your noodles whether you like them thin or thicker. The flavors are very authentic and even my parents enjoyed it. You could also customize the spicyness of the soup.

Came here for authentic noodle dishes and didn't leave disappointed! The spot felt pretty casual but clean which was nice. You order at the front and have your food delivered to you after which fed the casual ambiance; service was quick and pretty friendly overall which was nice. The portions were pretty large - definitely left very full. The noodles were cooked to perfection and the broth was light while not being too salty. The wings were all right, but I probably wouldn't get them again. Their noodles were definitely the star. Overall, I would definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again - quick service and good food, no complaints!

I would give it a 2.5...but I can'tAnd I'm not sure I can say it was "above" average to deserve a 3As always...willing and wanting to try new and different places, Yelp randomly chose this for meSince the noodles are "Hand-Pulled", it was unique enough to give it a try. Small "mom and pops", it maybe seats m20? I walked to the counter and when I said I was dining in, I was handed a menu and told to sitWhere I sat and sat and sat. The man behind the counter went behind a hanging screen and commenced to talking to someone in the kitchen and never ever bothered to ck on me or ask my order After a Loooong wait, I cleared my throat a few times, yelled "hello" more times, and he finally walks out to the front with an air of "you are disturbing me"I sit, and shrug my shoulders and he motions me to come up and order. MIND YOU: had he said the process when I first walked in...no problem. But he specifically told me to take a menu and go sit down. Thus "service" gets a 1 FOOD: it came out immediately (but how long SHOULD it take to spoon up soup and noodle)I asked for spicey, and it was a bit (I still added more spice ). I got the traditional/most popular along w spring rolls and plum tea Spring rolls were crispy on the outside but plain mush on the inside...can't recommend unless you are ok with NON-fresh, mushy, veggie filling Plum tea was a pleasant deliteSOUP: noodles. Well seasoned broth. And a couple of slices of beef (you won't get full on the meat!), was also really good, and enough for a meal the next day $25 seemed hefty for a "non servicing restaurant", but since the noodles lasted another day, it was an acceptable $12.50 lunch

VISIT DATE: 5/18/24TLDR: Cozy fast casual concept with delicious Asian dishes. Most known for their house made noodles. Excellent service. Definitely will go back.FOOD (5/5): I ordered the Mr. J's Hand-Pulled Noodle, which was so worth the drive over here. The broth wasn't overpowering, and there was a good portion of meat. It was proportionate to the noodles. Now, the noodles come in eight different types. You'll choose that as part of ordering, but I was really happy with my choice. The noodles tasted fresh, and it was a nicely composed dish. I'll definitely add that to my "go to" places for ordering. I also ordered this sandwich, which for some reason I thought would have the same consistency of a bao. However, it was not - but it was still tasty nonetheless. I added chili to both for a little kick.SERVICE (5/5): Alright... so I got there just after 11 (opening), and they were still getting started. They were BUSY by 11:30 - takeout orders and dine in orders. I didn't feel like the food took long, but Ping, the lady working the front, was fantastic. Not only did she make sure our order was complete but... when I accidentally dropped my to go order, she gave me the broth to go with the noodles. Ping was very gracious about the whole situation. THANK YOU, PING!ATMOSPHERE (5/5): This is a fast casual restaurant, where you order at the counter. Food is brought to your table. There's a giant TV in the middle of the dining room. It really reminded me of an "elevated" version of the places I'd go with my parents as a kid. This is not the place I'd go for the ambiance, but the food speaks for itself. Definitely will come back. I'm planning on bringing my dad here when he comes to visit next.TIPS:* It is located to the left of the Publix (when you're facing the grocery store). It DOES NOT have the name on the sign. Instead, it says "crab" (or something similar).* Parking can be a pain because of the grocery store.* Read the menu ahead of time. Everything looked good in the moment.
