Moe's Southwest Grill

I haven't had Moe's in over 10 years! Finally, I made it to a place that had one. Overall, it was decent but things could be better. It was slow when I arrived. The employee greeted me right away and was very nice. My food was good, like I remembered. The reason for 4 stars is the presentation could use some assistance. Several booths were dirty, in the rice there were some burned chunks (which she removed before she served me - but could have been caught earlier) and the staff were out and about talking about work/life issues/concerns, which is fine but probably something I didn't need to hear or know.

Yummy fast food - when you have a hankering for piles of rice,beans cheese chicken guacamole and sour cream with FREE CHIPS AND SALSA look no further. This is an excellent standby with great value for your portion.

The service was not great. They were closing in an hour but most of the items were old and you can tell they had been sitting for a while. I understand you don't cook a lot due to waste but I believe in good customer service until the last customer. The young man that waited on us was patient, very light on fixing our food.

Today I came in from a long day, exhausted and hungry. Donovan greeted me with a smile. I had a few questions about the menu and he was patient and answered all my questions. I had some requests for my bowl and he catered to them. The bowl was amazing and appetizing. Highly recommend the poblano sauce. I could have had a whole bottle of it!! Great experience after a long day at the parks.

I love Moe's and go all the time, stopped here on my way home to Miami and was super impressed by the service! Everyone was incredibly friendly and did an excellent job making the food. Top notch customer service! Jacob was super nice and kept everything clean and moving fast!

Ain't the move anymore. Couple of months ago it was good, now you get a small bag of chips and no meat.

Once again, coming here to say what a scam these places are. Used to love Moes but they give me a literal DRIZZLE of queso even though I'm charged $2 extra for it? The worker, while very nice, also proceeds to tell me that they don't up charge for anything except queso and quac. So I order a burrito for my husband and he asks what kind of chicken. I say, normal? And he says, well there is spicy now too. So I say, yeah let's do spicy. TWO DOLLARS MORE!!-Not only did he not tell me upfront that itd be extra, he JUST got done saying they don't up charge for much. "We aren't chipotle" he says. Finally, I barely got any meat on my bowl. I got ground beef. But don't worry, so much rice I don't know what to do with. All rice, barely any protein. I just can't believe how stingy these places have gotten with jacking up prices and giving smaller portions. I can say that will be my last time giving my money to moes.

Just came in and had a great experience! It was super clean, very quick, and the employees were great! Chelsea checked us out and she was amazing! She was super nice and accommodated to all of our needs and requests kindly! The food was also so yummy!

The employees in this location work extremely hard and made our visit exceptional! Chelsea helped make sure that we had everything we needed to have a delicious meal. The building was clean and staff were very welcoming.
