Mission BBQ

This was my first time at this location after finding out it's closer than the one on Semoran. I ordered online so this is strictly about the pick up and food.Really nice location close to the highway and other great restaurants in the near by area. Finding good BBQ or just food in general in Orlando is not an easy task. But Mission BBQ is perfect if you need something that's within a 20-30 mins drive.I had the 3 meat sampler with brisket, turkey and ribs. They were all great. If you like brisket, you know how good it can be when it's sliced off a piping hot slab of brisket right out of the oven. You might not get a steaming hot piece of brisket if you order takeout. So just be realistic. I also ordered cheese potatoes, and mac and cheese with extra cornbread. I also had the sweet potato mash. Everything was delicious. You will need to select and add your choice of BBQ sauce or white sauce.The whole concept is good food, fast. I think this is a great place for fast BBQ. I know another place that's only open 3 days a week, and their lines are usually very long. You won't have that same problem here at Mission.My total without any need for drinks (ate at home) was $45 and for 2 people to share, I had a nice variety of items and leftovers. The protein cost does add up so it's a great idea to go light on the protein and fill up with your bread and sides.

Another fabulous visit at this location. My friend and I met up Thursday night for dinner. The girl at the front counter was helpful while deciding what to order. The food came out very fast and next to no wait at all. I really liked the sweet tea.Now to the food. I ordered the sliced smoked turkey sandwich with a side of fries. There was a generous amount of turkey, and the fries are always crispy. I had no idea about the white sauce you could ask for, and this was a game changer. I enjoyed mixing the white sauce with different bbq options. I want to highlight customer service here. The staff here is so nice and goes above and beyond. My friend is on crutches, and they helped by bringing the food trays to the table. An employee helped clear the table when we were done eating. Also, the sweetest guy came over and spoke to us and checked in. Staff here is amazing.

My friend and I went to Mission for dinner on a Thursday night. It was pretty empty, so we were able to order right away. It's a QSR concept so you order at the register and then grab your food.I ordered the pulled chicken with a side of coleslaw and it was great, as per usual. One thing that's great about Mission is the food is always consistent. I also recommend asking for the white BBQ sauce. It's not out on the tables because it's refrigerated so they keep it behind the counter.The service was also excellent. I have a broken toe and I'm on crutches so the woman at the register carried my food to my table for me. Another individual made his way around to each table to chat and get to know the customers. The one and only issue was that the dining room was cold so definitely bring a sweater if you're planning to dine in.

An all American BBQ location. Inside is a USA tribute to service men and women. They have quite a few tables available to sit at. Their smoked turkey is moist and has a great flavor. I've also had the brisket which is great but can be really heavy if you order the fattier pieces. The Mac and cheese is super cheesy and has a nice crispy layer on top. The service is friendly and quick. I like that they have BBQ sauces ready to go Incase you want some with your meal. Sign up for their email membership. I get coupons pretty often which helps nowadays!

Wonderful customer service and delicious BBQ. The sides are also so yummy; our favorites are the Mac and cheese and the fries. I do wish they had some sort of combo deal for if you get a side and a drink, because the prices do add up quickly. The place has plentiful seating and they lean hard into the military theme. Always nice and clean inside.

Dad suggested going to a BBQ place for dinner so I found this place with tons of reviews and stars and wanted to see what the hype was about.First thing you see when you walk in is the wall decoration of photos of military soldiers and sports gear amongst the wooden tables and booths. A very homey southern vibe.You go up to the counter to order your selections of meats, sides and dessert then sit down and wait for them to call your name. A very self service restaurant.We ordered the pulled pork, bbq shrimp, brisket, fries, collard greens, fresh beans, cold slaw, banana pudding and sweet potato pie.Forgot to ask which ones were spicy as we don't usually eat spicy food - found the bbq shrimp to be very delicious but spicy. Pulled pork also had a tinge of spice to it as well, and slightly on the drier side but very flavorful. Brisket was tasty and not spicy !One corn bread on each tray, slightly dry but sweet. Fresh beans was also slightly spicy. Collard greens was not a big fan. Banana pudding and sweet potato pie was delectable!!When we first sat down with our food, the waitress-manager? Lee-Ann came over to ask us if it was our first time there and came back with some freebies for us to try! Mac and cheese, potatoes, beans and their pickled salad. They were all a hit ! Would definitely go back again! Can't wait to try the other items on the menu (making sure we ask if it is not spicy).Thank you for being so welcoming and inviting!

I'm so glad I found this barbecue spot! Everything, and I mean everything will have you licking your fingers. The brisket was like butter and totally seasoned. The Mac n cheese was cheesy and delicious. Sweet potatoes were just that, sweet and delectable. Not to mention the staff is absolutely fantastic! If you like 4 rivers you'll love Mission, trust me!

Great service! Everyone was very nice, every day at 12:00 noon they sing the national anthem. Very patriotic and no problems occurred at all. Definitely recommend!
