Standard/classic dim sum options. The snow pea tips with garlic is top tier. Ambiance and decor is minimal but you go for quick, good food. We also got the wonton noodle soup but didn't take a picture. All this food with plenty of leftovers for 2 people was about $70.

Went here on a Sunday for dim sum and on weekends are pretty busy so try to come out early if you can when you walk in they make you sign on this sheet by the door with how many in your party then like a few minutes later they call you and seat you at a table. They go around with a cart and you choose what dishes you want and they mark it on the paper. Service was quick and food was delicious at the end you pay at the register with your ticket from the table.

It has been awhile since I have ate here for dim sum and was craving it so went on a Saturday around 3-4pm and the restaurant had 3-6 tables filled. That means the dim sum rush ended. Ordered tea which had 2 prices tea bags are $2.50 and floral non tea bags is $3.50 - Kind of steep for tea especially tea bags if you ask me. Ordered the following for Dim Sum:Har Gow - The dumpling skin for me was kind of thick but was filled with shrimp paste and chunks of shrimp. I dip these with the by request red diluted vinegar that they serve in its original bottle. You get 4 pcs. Pork / Shrimp Siu Mai - They over steamed these and that is why the dumpling skin was tearing apart kind of and tasted too watery. More pork than shrimp and they size downsized seems like. These used to be bigger in size. You get 4 pcs. Shrimp Paste Stuffed Eggplant - My favorite. The size of these are larger than what I am used to getting from other restaurants. You get a large amount of shrimp paste and the size of the eggplant is also large. It is drizzled with brown sauce which is savory. You get 3 pcs. Stuffed Bean Curd - These are also delicious its bean curd skin stuffed with pork and mushrooms and some veggies. It also has a light savory sauce drizzle. But the eggplant stuff shrimp paste is still my fave. You get 3 pcs. Sesame Ball - These are huge balls of fried mochi with red bean paste filling. Delicious when they are freshly fried. Love these because they are not overly sweet. Shrimp Paste Rice Roll - My other fave. Fresh rice paste noodle filled with fresh steamed shrimps and sweet soy sauce drizzle and you just slurp these and they are so delicious. They make these fresh as you can tell by the crepes. Service here can lack at times. They were not rolling the carts really for dim sum around this time instead they were using the carts to deliver the foods ordered. Love going to Mings Bistro for delicious quick fast dim sum.

This place has been a favorite for a while because the food is delicious. Service can be a bit better but they are working with what they can. Ambiance is nice and my favorite is when they have the push carts during dim sum on a Saturday or Sunday brunch. So happy it was brought back after the pandemic. Hard to find anyone who does still still. I've even ordered dim sum to go from here and it gets home okay! Great to watch movies with at home :)

We do enjoy Ming's. Especially if we're looking for something quick and not super fancy. Their duck is a hit or miss. Their crispy pork belly is usually good. There have been a handful of times where it's been meh. Dim sum is usually good. Their chow fun is good. Especially if you get the one that has gravy. Service is usually good and prompt.

First time checking out this location. The parking was a bit tight since it was a Friday night. It was packed everywhere in the area of the restaurant. Once I made it inside, I just sat at an empty table. One of the employees walked up and asked what we wanted to drink. I ordered hot green tea and they gave me jasmine tea. I really wanted green tea. I even asked if they had it, and she said yes. So, I just sipped on the jasmine. Next, the inside is a bit dull in decor, but some of the table's center pieces spun to share plates in large group settings. I ordered dim sum of course. Before I begin, I have a huge recommendation for the establishment. Please list items accurately within your food. For example, you list a chive dumpling, but instead, it's shrimp and chives. I am allergic to shrimp, so bitting into a chive dumpling then it turning up being a whole shrimp, was shocking. I am not upset, but if I was someone who didn't have slow allergy reactions, I could've had an anaphylaxis reaction. My table ordered 4 things to try out. Beef Rice Paste : The sweet soy goes amazing with this. It was well prepared and had a nice sweet and savory flavor mix. Pan-fried Chive Dumpling: It is not only chives. The outside was nicely crisp and tasty, but the inside did not have chives only. It has a whole shrimp inside of it. I had to spit it out immediately, so I didn't have a bad reaction.Spicy Chicken Feet: It was not spicy at all, and I was surprised. It was actually bland in flavor, like having a old fashion donut compared to an iced donut. Pork Dumplings: Perfectly crisp on the outside and the pork was tender and tasty. I would definitely recommend this one. They give you a lot of meat. I would go back to try some of their other dishes. Just not for dim sum again. The staff during checkout was friendly and helpful. Thank you guys for the experience.

This is my first time going to dim sum! I have always wanted to try it and it's so satisfying seeing them come with all your dishes on the cart and seeing everyone else's! The staff here were kind but the decor was lacking a bit. I ordered Hot Tea to start and it was good. They gave us cute little cups and a big teapot. We got the Spicy Chicken Feet which I was scared to try but honestly it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Wasn't spicy at all though. The Chive Dumplings were amazing, very flavorful and good dumpling texture. I've always wanted to try Rice Rolls and we got the Beef paste ones. These were so good! The sweet soy sauce they put on top goes perfectly with them. Lastly we got Pork Dumplings, wow these were stuffed with meat! The dumpling wrappers they use here are so good and chewy! The pork wasn't ground up so it surprised me but it was still good. I'd like to try this place again and try some other dim sum items or some of their entrees.

I was craving Chinese food and ended up at Ming's. The decor is a bit drab and dark, but they have a good menu with a lot of options. It was a Wednesday, but they still offered some dim sum items like the shumai, shrimp balls, and dumplings. I love dim sum, so I was excited to have a few of my favorite items. We also ordered the Singapore rice noodles, Buddha's delight, and salt and pepper shrimp. Our food came out pretty fast. Everything was piping hot and tasted great. Portions are fairly generous. We had plenty left over.
