I attended Miller's Ale House on 12/9/24 at 11:30 pm. The hostess Vicky was very welcoming and energetic! We loved her energy and her jokes! She was so sweet and amazing. Our waitress Didi was so amazing as well! She was also energetic and very attentive. She communicated very well and has good recommendations. We loved both Vicky and Didi! The restaurant was clean and organized and wasn't very loud at 11:30 at night. The food was also very good!! The cook that night was soooo good! The steak was amazing and juicy as well as the burger! Everything was cooked to perfection!

I went this past weekend and before sitting down I went to use the restroom. A server came in behind me and while I was washing my hands, she came out of the stall she was in (not the handicap so no sink) and walked right out. When I walked out I saw her filling cups with ice. I told our bartender at the outside bar and he said he was going to tell the manager. I did see him at one point talking to what looked like a manager (red hair, button down shirt) and the manager looked over at us, but never came over to speak with us.I was planning on ordering food, but went somewhere else. Highly advise against ordering anything here. The server was a female, medium build with dark hair pulled back into a bun.

Sad to say but this was a rough experience. We came to celebrate a birthday as a family outing, and while the food was decent the experience was pure chaos. There was no clear order--plates were coming out randomly, some dishes were missing, and trying to figure out who ordered what felt like a game of chance. Our server was clearly overwhelmed but did his best to keep up, staying friendly and trying to make things right despite the hectic atmosphere. We appreciated their effort, but the restaurant could definitely use better organization. That said, the food itself was good. They can work on streamlining their service for a better experience. Be ok with acknowledging that large crowds should be spread out for better control.

I had a late lunch at Millers Ale House on International Drive Orlando Florida. Over all their food is ok. The menu has a few choices and it's usually pretty good for a chain. I've been in Millers in direct cities. However, this week in Orlando I sat out on the patio. The weather was good and the heat will be here soon and that won't be a good option. I sit at the bar on the patio and before long I smell cigarette smoke. And sure enough a table with 3 customers are chain smoking and I really can't enjoy my meal when these people are making a bad choice for themselves and for me now. I asked the bartender if that was legal he wasn't sure but he said all Millers are like that. So I finished most of my meal and didn't bother finishing my beer because I think that is rude besides against the law in the state of Florida. They passed the Clean Air act in 2019. So my advice would be this, if smoke bothers you, Millers out on the patio is not for you as it's not for me. What a shame.

Stopped in on a Friday night to meet my bf for a bite. There was a 20 minute wait for 2 but we snagged seats at the bar. I ordered a holiday margarita to start off with. Delicious and very holiday like. I ordered a French onion soup and a side salad. My boyfriend ordered the chicken scampi pasta. The food took a little bit to arrive. Everything was good though after the food arrived and we dug in. I like going to ale house on occasion.

I came here with coworkers, and so with a group, it's always kind of hectic. However, I got the chance to eat and drink here at Miller's. The service was alright, but I'm going to have to give them a pass as serving a big group of people is always all over the place. The only thing I got to eat was:- Prime Burger - This wasn't too bad, but then again the only special thing about this was the shaved beef. I felt that it was just toeing the line of it become some kind of philly cheese steak, but was still a burger in the big picture? If that makes sense. I thought it was okay.Things I got to drink though:I ordered a margarita pitcher to share with others, and that was sort of depressing. It was basically juice, so if I were to recommend...skip it and get a real drink. Overall, it was okay. If it wasn't for the games that were on and not with my coworkers, I would have skipped this place.

This pub is part of an Eastern-US chain and one of several locations in Orlando. Of the 112 locations for Miller's in the US, the majority are in Florida. This location on International Drive was nestled amongst a plethora of other restaurants which presented a multitude of options. But my colleague fancied a pub for dinner, so we stayed with this choice. It was very busy when we arrived. We put our name on the list for a table for five and were told it would be 45 minutes. To their credit, it was more like 25 - 30 minutes before we were seated. It was packed with a noisy crowd. We were seated by the bar which exacerbated that condition. Despite the fact that it was a busy night, however, our waiter attended to us right away and did a fabulous job keeping up for our entire visit. Our party of five sampled their beer and wine options. I had their house red which was quite good. We started with Calamari and the Miller's-size TexMex Nachos. The latter featured melted cheese, guacamole, jalapeños, salsa and sour cream. These two proved to be a good start for us. For our mains between the five of us, we tried the Wings, the Philly Cheese Steak, the Prime Burger and Mimi's Fiesta Chicken and Shrimp (x2). I had the latter and was quite happy with the taste and the portion. Likewise, I think all of our party were quite happy with their respective choices. Our expenditure for the food, drinks, tax and tip was about $46 per person. This was a reasonable value considering the quality of the food and the overall experience. If you're in the area and appreciate pub fare, this place is worth considering.

08.06.24I typically go to the Miller's Ale House in Kissimmee, and love it there. Never an issue. No fryer smell. Lighting on point. Enthusiastic staff. Today I was on I-Drive and was expecting a similar experience at that Millers, being a chain and all. Nope. Walked in @ 2:30 pm. Nobody to greet me and only two booths filled. One person at the bar. Mind you, the bar sits a minimum of 30 people. It's a huge bar. First thing I noticed were the lights up full blast. Come on people, this isn't a cafeteria. Lose the rap music and turn the lights down. Create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Why blast those lights like you're screaming out LAST CALL - GET OUT!Sat by butt at the empty, huge, blinding lights bar. After 5 minutes, the German bar lady came over, no smile. I ordered a Bud Light because they didn't have sours (you're known for a variety of beers). Another chain. Another flat Bud Light. I took a few drinks, to be fair, thinking maybe it was me. She never suggested that I try something similar to a sour. Bottom line? I knew she didn't give a rat's behind that I was there. There isn't an enthusiastic bone in her body. The flat beer sat there for the entire 40 minutes I was there. Not once did my anti social German bartender friend ask me if it was okay. Maybe notice and offer an exchange? This isn't the first time she appeared extremely distracted. After 15 minutes of me and some other dude on the other side of the bar just sitting there, I flagged her down to order. TWO PEOPLE AT THE BAR. Her head was not in the game. I can't imagine how long I would have had to wait if the bar was even 25% full. She didn't care. Ordered the Cobb salad with the "heat and serve" pre-made chicken and shrimp. Three little strips of chicken and maybe 5 baby shrimp. Salty but I ate it. It cost enough - I wasn't wasting it. It was presented well. But whoever made the salad missed several pieces of old, brown, water saturated lettuce. Yuk. Very loud staff. Especially when the seating and bar areas are empty. The one gent cooking in the open window kitchen was 25 yards away - probably longer. He was yelling (not taking) to his bros back there. This would be the guy that stuffed 14 feet of dreads in a black bed sheet on his head. An older female server, no less than 15 times, kept yelling "I can hear you" - clearly directed at the Rasta dude in the kitchen and the crew. So much for a nice, relaxing lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. My German server never asked me how my food was. Not even when she took the nasty lettuce away (which I had piled up next to my plate). Hello!!! Read the room. I picked up my bill in front of her, grabbed my credit card. She looks at me and goes for a walk. I wait for her to finish her stroll to cash me out. Wtf. You saw me grabbing my card. 100% clueless. She's miscast. People skills are not her strength. Still, I gave her a 22% tip. Just for showing up. You restaurants need to step up your game, big time. I mean, on I-Drive (Orlando) alone there must be 200 restaurants. Why should I select you over the others? The consistency of your Kissimmee location brought me there. By the way, there are people like me here now, as you wait in misery for "season" to kick in. Don't forget about "our" dining experiences - the people that keep the blood pumping all year round. There wasn't one staff member in that restaurant that cared I was there. Pretty sad. I'll go back to Miller's Ale House in Kissimmee. I won't try this one again. No way. Btw, the Millers in Winter Garden - same issues with the lights. No ventilation system either. I waked in, used the restroom, felt the thick greasy air...and instead of hitting the bar, I left. I was there a total of 4 minutes and smelled like a fryer. Millers, what are you doing to me? Consistency. Consistency. Consistency. That's how you win our business. Please don't make me give up on you completely. Three different Millers, three different experiences. That's not consistency. I'm one bad experience away from bailing on chains 100%. So freaking frustrating./ / / / /Update: typical corporate "cut and paste" Ai reply. Yeah, I'll go to your website and complain, so I can receive another cut and paste email saying they'll use my feedback as a learning tool. Just do better. Get a bunch of staffers that care. Like the Kissimmee store. Stop going through the motions in the summer and kissing butt during season. Be consistent there too.

Absolutely Horrifying Experience!I don't even know how to begin describing how disgusting our experience was with our server, Roxy. What was supposed to be a quick, lighthearted outing with friends turned into something out of a nightmare. We came in just to enjoy a couple of drinks, relax, and share some laughs. Instead, we were met with the most vile and unprofessional behavior I have ever witnessed in my life. From the moment we walked in, the hostess told us the server did not want any more tables, and would rather us order from the bar. We said okay thats fine and once we were seated the hostess said we must order from the bar. Once we sat the hostess actually told us we had to order from the server assigned to that section, which was totally fine with us. The server Roxy finally arrived 20 minutes after we were seated. She began the conversation with what do you guys want? We're about to close so hurry up and order. We were alittle taken back, but gave her the benefit of the doubt considering it was after midnight. she then proceeded to ask for all of our IDs, even though we hadn't ordered anything yet. there was three of us, my wife and I ordered a bottle of wine to split, she then said that she could not split a bottle of wine and only give it to one person. That left us a little confused because all we wanted was to split a bottle. She then agreed to split the bottle and told us we had to pay immediately. we were a little confused because it was only 12:50 AM and she had said last call was at 2 AM so we didn't know why we had to pay at that moment. She then said never mind it's fine and walked away for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, she came back with a bottle of wine and then proceeded to ID us all again. Even our other friend who is sober and only ordered a sprite, which we had told her twice at this point.we proceeded to tell her that he was not drinking. He has been sober for four years and he only wanted a sprite but she still insisted for his ID. We explained it was only us two to drinking and she finally let up and just gave us the bottle. After a bit of time when it was 1:30 AM, we assumed it was last call and ordered one espresso martini. she then proceeded to say we don't sell espresso martinis. Then I said I see it right here on the menu and she said oh yeah I guess we do have it. Then she proceeded to say I need everybody's IDs to give you the espresso martini. I said to her we have already shown our IDs twice, and I am the only one ordering the martini. she then proceeded to walk away for 20 minutes and then came back and asked if we needed anything. At this point it was 1:50 in the morning and I had said yes I would love if I could have my espresso martini that I had ordered 30 minutes ago. she shortly after slammed down my espresso martini in front of me and said have a great night and stormed off. Every one of us at the table are all servers and we understand the struggles of late night serving and trying to go home. But never in our lives would we have behaved this way. Roxy was beyond rude--giving us dirty looks, making us feel like we were a burden just for being there. We weren't loud, we weren't causing any trouble--we were literally just sipping our drinks, trying to enjoy ourselves. But Roxy's attitude was hostile and aggressive. She kept staring at us, muttering under her breath, and making us feel so uncomfortable. At one point, she said, "2 o'clock, chug chug," like we were being forced to finish our drinks or get kicked out. Excuse me? That's how you treat paying customers? It was shocking and completely unacceptable. Like I said we are all servers and understand after 2 am the drinks have to be confiscated, but the patrol every 2 minutes was unnecessary. And then things got even worse. Roxy started spitting while talking near us--whether it was intentional or not, it was disgusting and completely unhygienic. On top of that, her behavior became downright bizarre and disturbing. She was making strange gestures, muttering things that sounded like curses, and honestly acting like she was trying to hex us or something. I know how crazy that sounds, but we were scared. This wasn't just bad service--it felt personal and hostile. We were so uncomfortable that we left in a hurry. We walked out of there shaken, disgusted, and honestly still in disbelief that someone like Roxy is allowed to work in customer service. Her behavior wasn't just rude--it was abusive, intimidating, and completely unprofessional. No one should ever be treated like that, especially when they're just trying to have a peaceful drink with friends.I sincerely hope management takes this seriously because what we experienced was beyond unacceptable. If Roxy continues to work there, I fear for how many others will be subjected to this nightmare. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place until they address this mess. Absolutely horrifying.
