I was in town visiting family last week and we all decided to stop by the Olive Garden on the north side of Lakeland for a bite to eatTo our dismay we were treated rudely by the staff and more specifically by the service manager Christina who made our visit unbearable to say the leastWe decided to leave and went over to Miller's Ale House instead and boy did they deliverOur server Logan was phenomenal. I got the classic cheeseburger which was under cooked but Logan saved the day and came back with a truly bussin burgerThe kitchen staff did seem to struggle at times but Logan made everything okay with her amazing attitude and made our night out a true pleasureThank you Logan and thanks Miller's Ale House for a night we won't forget!

We went in for the 35 shrimps for 12.00. The server recommended several dishes. But when she said she makes the prime rib hamburger instead of a bun she has hers on mashed potatoes. OMG I heard angels sing. It is the best meal I have EVERhad I'm 66, so I've had a lot of meals. But this one was so wonderful. My husband got the hamburger special and tasted mine it was hard to go back to his meal that was ok until he tried mine. We had it first on Frid ay then again Sunday eve. It was perfect again. Mine is not on the menu but they can make it in the kitchen by telling your server prime rib burger no bun and on mashed potatoes add gravy. Natalia is our server. Great job

Miller's had a good variety of draft beers and they elevated their bar food. The burger I had was cooked perfectly and the fries were very good. Miller's is great for a casual and affordable dinner.

Always consistent food at any Miller's Ale House. Finally visited this fairly new location. Food and service was great!Only gripe is wish they were a bit more transparent on beer pricing between a pint and their 23oz drafts! Their pricing on the receipt for a 23oz draft beer is like a dang puzzle! See attached receipt! We had two 23oz draft beers and 1 pint. See receipt and figure that out. By the way, I guess we were charged correctly, but why not just say you are charging me $6.50 for a 23oz beer!

Love the bartenders which is why we go but let me preface that with the food is just barely palatable.We go because we bought a ton of gift cards. Everytime we go there is some sort of food debacle. Today was no exception... the broccoli came out way way way overcooked and looked like it had been scraped off a leftover plate and reheated. I should have gotten pics but it was basically mush with something odd on top. The bartender was wonderful and offered us something in exchange but we declined. Restaurant is clean and has a nice vibe but it is very very inconsistent every darn time.
