Staff is friendly, food is good with great portion sizes.Taco Tuesday is a blast. I always enjoy coming here. Iv never waited to be seated. Service is always prompt.

Super sweet service, delicious food, great ambience. Not expensive. Not sure why the reviews aren't higher- great little authentic Mexican eatery. Margarita was good too! If you're not sure whether to stop here, just do it! You'll enjoy the chill vibe and good eats.

We really love this place. It has been our go to for the last few years. The burritos are as big as yer head. The margaritas are fantastic!!! We try to get here at least twice a month. Oh and, the place is huge and even when busy on a Friday night we have never waited for a table!

I was excited to try this place after hearing many raving reviews. Some were saying this was the best Mexican food in orange city. I was underwhelmed when I came in Saturday night. We were turned away 25 minutes before closing because the chef decided to "call it a night", as we were told by a staff member. It wasn't a problem, so we decided to return the following day. Very disappointed overall.The only saving grace to our experience was how friendly the staff was. Gonzalo our server was nice, and other staff members stopped by to check on us. The bathrooms were dirty, tons of dust accumulated on surfaces, and not great tasting food. Would not recommend.

Stopped here with the gang after a nice day at Blue Springs park. Chose this place because it was Mexican food and the outdoor patio allowed us to have the dog. This is where the benefits stopped. We ordered our meals and after 45 minutes I decided to go inside and check on the food. Another five minutes later the waitress came out and promised "only two more minutes." Ten minutes later, two meals came out, and then another five minutes the final two meals arrived. We collectively took a poll, and decided that on a 1-100 scale, the food was a 65. The waitress never came and checked on us, and the service overall was generally poor. Unfortunately we won't be back.

The food and atmosphere is very Mexican The service is great, with salsa and chips to snack on. But there is one catch on my last visit that was disappointing. We are three couples that visit this place every few weeks. This last time, I wish they warn us about an automatic tip on the bill prior. On parties of 6 or more We are normally good tippers This may effect return visits as a group

Was recommended to try next time I was in Orange City area and although a bit apprehensive, I'm SO glad I did and that it also happened to be on Taco Tuesday!! Didn't look like much on the outside, but it was packed for lunch inside. Waited in line for a table, but once seated I had fantastic server Eliseo. The place was buzzing with everyone working hard to clean tables and get the orders out quickly. I was impressed by the teamwork and kindness of the staff. I was unaware they provided complimentary warm chips and salsa and was grateful when they were placed on my table. On this visit, they had a Lunch Menu where I tried the Red Beef Enchilada w beans and rice. There was also a Daily Special Menu that included Taco Tuesday for $1.45 each! The homemade Salsa, Pico and Hot Sauce were ALL delicious and I added them to my items (especially the beans that were tame for all the different tastes and ages present). My enchilada was plentiful and the sauce, although mild, was really authentic and delicious. The street tacos were served carnitas style regardless of the type of meat (I ordered 1 of each to try) and I found them a bit dry so I put some lime, salsa and hot sauce and found them delicious as well. All in all, it was a fantastic lunch find and I most certainly will be back often. Thanks for a nice visit and perfect lunch!

Very disappointed in this local spot that was recommended by so many in the Deltona FB group. I saw the 3.5 rating on yelp but gave this place a try based on the word of mouth on FB. We stopped by Saturday night 10:07PM, we were turned away saying "Sorry the kitchen is closed" the restaurant closes at 10:30PM based on Google. We were told to come back tomorrow, the person that spoke with us would "take care of us". We came back the next day, ordered a blue margarita which was good steak fajitas and shredded chicken tacos. The steak fajitas were very bland the meat visibly looked like it had 0 seasoning and tasted just like it. The fajitas veggies were seasoned and tasted okay. The rice and beans were good. The shredded chicken tacos were so dry, there was a big dried hunk of chicken in one of the tacos (see photo) The server was good, the bathroom needs some TLC badly. Everything inside was dusty you can tell it hasn't been cleaned properly in a while. I wouldn't recommend this place and will not be returning.

Rice. Lots of rice. Even more rice. Extra rice. Way too much rice.Ordered burrito w/taco + creamy refried beans & rice plate and steak smothered in onions, also with refried beans and rice. We were each served a very large rectangular platter full of food. A very impressive presentation. And the large stuffed chicken burrito was absolutely packed - with rice. After a few bites of nothing but rice, we wondered where's the protein? Opening up the burrito left us still wondering where is the protein? Pulling the entire burrito apart exposed maybe a total of 4-5 tiny M&M-size morsels of chicken. We asked the friendly waiter if we mistakenly received a vegetarian version - nope, that's our chicken burrito. At $18 for the burrito, we both agreed that rice was really, really expensive. Why are we feeling like we just got ripped off? After all, we got a lot of very expensive rice. Too expensive for us. We paid our check and left. Never again. We won't be back.

I've been here twice now, and unfortunately, both experiences have fallen short. On both occasions, the service just didn't meet expectations. Our group of 10 was split in terms of service--half of the table was served promptly, while the other half was completely overlooked. Our food was just not that great either for the price.We requested chips several times, but they never arrived. Our waiter focused on serving everyone around us, yet failed to check in on our table. We also asked for additional drinks, which took multiple requests to fulfill. After three attempts to get a drink from the bar, our waiter still didn't check back in.To top it off, we struggled to even get our check, as the waiter seemed preoccupied chatting with the bartender. It was a frustrating experience, and unfortunately, it left a bad impression both times.Probaly won't be backTo add our waiters name was Eliseo and when we finally got our checks they were incorrect and charged me for the food I had to ask multiple times for and never got
