Great spot for some Cuban/Puerto Rican style food. The breakfast reminds me of any local bakery in the island with freshly baked bread, made to order antojitos (appetizers) and delicious café con leche. Prices are very reasonable, they have some nice breakfast combos to make your choice a lot easier. The menu is full of a variety of island delights for everyone and anyone looking to get a taste of some latin food.

The people who run this place are amazing. They really pay attention to each customer, even at times remembering their names and orders. It's super cute! Their coffee is so good and strong and their sandwiches are yummy too.

My husband use to get his hair cut next door and would bring me home a Cuban sandwich when he got done. I love this place! Everything is so flavorful, tasty and fresh. I come any time I'm in the area and even make up reasons to come ok this side of town just to get food from here.

Being from the island I both adore, and miss good authentic Puerto Rican food. I was in town visiting my in-laws and my fiancé told me about the spot that he used to go to when he was younger to pick up some soft Puerto Rican bread. So we stopped by for breakfast to get the egg and cheese pressed sandwich along with a passion fruit smoothie and it was absolutely amazing. I suggest bringing a friend along that speak Spanish as the two employees we encountered were true to their brand and spoke exclusively Spanish

This is the worst Latin food restaurant you can bother to check out. The service is super slow and the people there act like they don't care. I waited 20 minutes for an empanada and a Cuban tamale that was apparently frozen and all they needed to do was heat up in the microwave for 2 minutes. The empanada was greasy and the tamale very dry so not worth it at all. And I had to remind them that I was still waiting for them to realize they had forgotten about me. Never again will I return to this place. The tables were dirty, the "cook" was busy making his lunch instead or making mine, and when I asked for a refund, they made me wait longer instead. Don't waste your money at Pan Boriqua, it's not worth it.

Is it ironic that the Boriqua Cafe is owned by a Cuban family?Either way, my wife love this place to grab a quick breakfast and coffee. The two of us can grab a bite and get out in under a half hour for around twelve bucks. The coffee is always good and the food is like eating at my families house - although I haven't tried their dinner stuff yet.The tripleta os one of the better ones in the area, but takes a long time to make.

Fantastic service and great options for food. The bread is always fresh as well as all other options. Great place for that Spanish home feeling. I've been coming here for 10+ years
