Mexas Tacos - Kissimmee

I have to say this was an amazing find! Coming into town for a conference not knowing the area, I relied upon yelp to help find a local restaurant that would provide authentic experience. We hit the jackpot with this restaurant!First, when you walk in the bright colors are very welcoming, feels very home like! Next, we were greeted by a gentleman who was the nicest individual! His genuine smile, and his knowledge of the menu to explain the different things were outstanding. I asked him what he recommended for someone who was hungry and he suggested the Taco salad, which he was spot on!The food was great, very flavorful and authentic, and the price was unbelievably lower than I would've ever anticipated, more so in Orlando . We definitely hit the trifecta, the phenomenal customer service from the gentleman who assisted us behind the counter, the atmosphere, and the food. The quality of all were outstanding, and I would highly recommend this to anybody who does not mind taking a tiny bit of a drive. It is truly worth the drive out of the touristy area.

The food was great and tasted like it freshly made. We had a couple options including the shrimp tacos, chips and queso, and the birria torta. The service was good. It's a walk up and order and is brought to your table so no waiter or waitress which is a plus. The music wasn't too loud and the restaurant itself was clean. Definitely a good place to check out.

Quesadilla was good, burrito was pretty good, don't get the queso, it tasted like ballpark nacho cheese?

My phone did not eat first (no pictures) but my stomach was the winner. All the food was delicious! I ordered a sope with carne asada, a beef enchilada, and horchata. I thought the horchata was a little too sweet but great nonetheless. The star of the night was the flan. The texture and flavors were exceptional. Ordered the food online and it was ready quickly. The lady at the register was very nice. The vibes in the restaurant was very chill. Looking forward to my next trip back

Decided to check this place out instead of the Del Taco next door to mix it up but was somewhat disappointed. We ordered birria tacos that were pretty tasty but the rice was seemingly over cooked. The food was also rather pricey for what it was, prompting me to look elsewhere in the future if I'm in the mood for some Mexican in the area.Overall, the place was nice, the staff was friendly, and the food came out relatively fast but it was also empty the day we arrived. Even with all that though, the food wasn't anything that would justify the price tag, will most likely be a one and done experience for me.

I decided to come here because I was craving birria tacos. I saw the reviews & was impressed. It seems like a family oriented, decent sized restaurant with a lot of Mexican decor inside. The tacos & other items seem moderately priced.The food:I went there the other day and ordered the birria tacos. THEY WERE AMAZING!!! The consume was plentiful & perfectly seasoned. They gave an ample amount of cilantro & onions. I think it was odd that they did not place my cilantro & onions inside the tacos. I think the tacos were fried (I could be wrong). Whatever they did to it, I loved it. The cheese was stringy for the perfect hang time for the photo-opps.The drink:Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the drinks at Mexas. The horchata nor Jamaican hibiscus were homemade. The other drinks tasted a little watered down. I ordered the passion fruit & it was okay. Thankfully, the deliciousness & perfection of the tacos overshadowed the drinks issue.Would I return? Absolutely! I do think if they improve their drinks, it would be a knockout & draw in even more people. The service/staff were very friendly and accommodating. The parking seems ample & the location is perfect for tourists in the Disney area.

We ordered the food 10 tacos which is just under $30 and a chicken quesadilla. The quesadilla was the star of the show and the reason for 3 stars. Very cheesy and the chicken was very tender. Only downsides are that it was kind of greasy and the cheese was all in the center. The carne asada tacos were very dry and very little meat in the tortilla. We also had chicken and carnitas tacos: they tasted the same. Both somewhat dry and same seasoning. We left unsatisfied with our visit. I do not think we'd come here again.

Mexas Taco was a wonderful surprise! My tacos were perfect one beef and one chicken I also had chips and guacamole !! So Glad we tried This!! The Taco's were fresh hot and perfectly seasoned! Josseline who took my order was very Helpful, asked if I needed any sauces explained the sauces available!This is a wonderful fresh CLEAN place ! Next time 5 taco's no chips ( chips were good/ but tacos were better ).

Was delicious, fresh and the staff was very helpful. Loved the unique flavor. Small place, need to carefully find it but worth it.

Amazing and affordable! Very authentic Mexican food, freshly made. So many good options, must try if you're in the area. Super friendly and lovely atmosphere.
