If I could give zero stars I would. My McCrispy was soo burnt all the meat was inedible not to mention they put zero mayo on it. Why would you even give someone something like that? My "large" fry was half full and cold. Like the only thing that was good was the sprite because there is no way they could mess that up. I contacted door Dash for a full refund because I understand things happen but no way is what I got today acceptable.

This place gets worse by the day, remodel and made it worse, this is insane waiting 20 mining drive through

I should have read my last review before stopping here. But I was nearby and needed something to eat and I had points about to expire. Thank goodness it was free. I ordered a big mac and lemonade. The big mac was free because of my reward points. But the sauce was so sour, I couldn't eat it. I took a look and the sauce is runny, and the hamburger looks old and dry. Like I said, thank goodness it was free.

There was pore customer service and they forgot are hash browns. The person on the intercom was very short and just matter of fact. When we got to the window to pick up our food, we were immediately told to pull up and wait, but then someone inside said no I have the sausage burritos, but when they gave us the bag, it only had the burritos and not the hashbrowns that I ordered so then I had to pull around park and go inside for the hashbrowns wearing my pajamas.

Try and avoid this location if you can. They have always had the worst service ever, I don't expect much from a McDonald's, but I do expect the "manager" to have a brain. My boyfriend and I went to this location a couple days ago to see what the new renovation looked like. Nothing impressive, more like a sterile hospital than a fast food restaurant. We place our order and 15 minutes go by and we finally get our food. Keep in mind the drive thru is empty and barely any people inside the restaurant. I noticed this gentleman bringing our food had his long stiletto Christmas acrylics touching my fries, idk about you but I find that gross because of all the nastiness that can get stuck under those nails. Another thing, My boyfriend ordered two double cheeseburgers and only one was on our tray, so he got up and said excuse me multiple times at the front counter to get someone's attention and finally the same guy who brought out our food came up. My boyfriend explained the situation with the burgers and he had the receipt to show proof that he purchased two of them. The gentleman who claimed he was the manager over the phone just moments before loudly stated, "No you just ordered one" and my boyfriend put the receipt in front of him, pointing at the "2 double cheeseburger" spot, just to show that this guy was wrong. Service was horrible, and improper hygiene with the nails, especially since he was technically handling food.

Horrible, horrible, horrible long wait time: 30 minutes please listen and go to the other McDonald's nearby never again.

please aboid this place. I'm here right now. iplaces my order inside and have been waiting over 30 minutes for a happy meal. too worried about door dash orders to serve the people in the room. I will never come here.

I got there and it took 20-30 minutes for them to take my order and when I got my food I didnt get a Big Mac I got a moldy Mac and I didn't see it because the inside of the bread was moldy so I ate it and 20 minutes later I threw up blood and mold.

I got to work to open my food and see this. They said to come back to fix it. I'm working. They don't look before putting a sandwich together. They said the bun is "burnt". Idc about the money but don't tell me this is Burnt.It's MOLD!

Every time we go here, it takes a minimum of 20 minutes between when we order to when they bring our food to us in a parking spot. This is supposed to be FAST food! The employees are also never apologetic about the wait. Today though, my 6 piece nugget only had 5 nuggets and a sandwich was missing...
