McDonald's

I don't usually review places like McDonalds but we had such a great customer service experience today. We came in on a gloomy Saturday to run off some energy in the play place and avoid cooking dinner at the same time. We were greeted by probably the world's happiest person, Joseph. He talked to my youngest who was eyeing a specific happy meal toy and Joseph said "let's see what I can do". I figured he was just being nice and told my son you get what you get, don't throw a fit. Well, imagine my surprise when Joseph came back with 6 toys for my son! It truly made his day "he's the nicest McDonald's worker, ever!" He came back often to check on us and make sure our dining experience was a good one. This is our neighborhood McDonalds so we definitely come here often, but Joseph went above and beyond and we're definitely going to keep coming back. Thank you Joseph!

This location recently overcharged me. Paid full price for the two for $5 breakfast sandwiches. Ouch!

This is really not a review about McDonald's the restaurant, but I had occasion this evening May 14, 2023 at 12:35 AM to be in the drive-through. I was proceeding to the drive-through after placing my order and an Uber delivery or DoorDash delivery person cut right in front of me almost causing an accident to get to the window to pick up sooner than I would. I think McDonald's needs to regulate these pick up drivers more carefully so that they understand they can't cut in front of customers and almost cause an accident. Hopefully McDonald's will take the initiative to find out which delivery company picked up at 12:35 AM and notify them that their driver is creating a dangerous situation in the drive-through. I have attached a picture of the vehicle.

This location BLOWS. They state their hours and their service never ever ever matches. Like girl I get it - it's 4am but like let it be known that literally no one can possible order from you for the next hour instead of making them drive 20m away to take cash out or wait for 45m for the regular breakfast menu to become scalability with the "registers." I develop websites for a living so I know this ish ain't hard - like at all. Mickie-d's colonial - step your sh up. You e got great employees a doing their best, but someone one the upper level isn't doing their job of making their jobs easier. And for that / until you make some obvious / simple changes, you're getting 2 stars from me. And just to reiterate - this doesn't reflect the present employees. This reflects the current management and your lack of regard toward customers attempting to order between non-standard hours (like 3am +)

Man fuck this place!!!Every time I order uber eats they literally fuck my order up. They never put sauces in the bag when I order nuggets. Last time I ordered a Big Mac and large fry. They forgot my fries. Wtf!! Today I ordered the same thing and my fries are half full. There are also no sauces in the bag after I specifically asked for sauce. This place is ridiculous

Drive thru lady was super nice which set me up for the false belief that I would get half decent meal. The fries were soggy and cold, and the chicken sandwich looked like it was thrown into the box, given the lettuce was everywhere when I opened it. The sandwich was equally as cold and depressing. Come to this location if you loathe yourself.

Ordered a chicken Big Mac on app and they gave me a beef Big Mac! After the E. coli outbreak not trying to get sick and ordered chicken to be safe! Can't do anything because I used the McDonald app gonna to return the wrong sandwich for the right one and never going to return again! Complaint number isn't working.

Used the drive through after a long shift at work, 2am, got the completely wrong order, should've gone to Wendy's

I don't expect much with the services from this place but I expect to get the food exactly what I ordered and paid for. I ordered Spicy Deluxe Crispy Chicken but they gave me just crispy chicken with cheese on hard overcooked bread. It showed that they don't pay attention on the job they do or they just insulted consumers. I understand it's fast food quality but the price is not!

Last 4 times I have gone here I haven't gotten any sauce I've ordered.. they all were playing around inside acting crazy. It's not even that I care about that but do your job.
