When the service is on point and the food is fresh it is great! But getting all of the above at 1 time usually never happens unfortunately, but the workers are always helpful and I haven't had an issue with them.

This McDonalds always has you pull up to a parking spot or waiting window every time in Drive through. Sometimes they even forget about you at the waiting spot. They have you do this for the smallest order too. Had to wait 20 minutes for a cold cheeseburger. Could have cooked faster at home. Overpriced and under serviced McDonalds. Avoid unless you have a lot of time to kill.

Very poor service standards and questionable food safety protocols. This location strongly prefers that all customers utilize the ordering kiosks, and not request actual live assistance by team member at register. This wouldn't be so bad if the kiosks routinely worked properly (which they don't) or if you could apply coupon or promo code (which you can't). They offer table numbers for dining room delivery, yet seemingly only plop your bag at the counter and leave it up to you to figure it out.Increased security is also needed in the evening hours as this location has a history if issues over many years. I do not recommend this McDonald's.

Early Coffee run, I usually do not post drive throughs. Except as my coffee biscuit run was great. Hot and cold coffee came as ordered. 2 Biscuit sandwiches as ordered one did taste like sat in warmer too long. Will over look as all condiments were in the bag as asked for. 10 creamers, 6 equals, 2 jellies, 2 ketchups, straw, and a few extra napkins. Young lady taking my order in drive through was friendly, helpful repeated back my order she also was money taker and you could see her smile under her mask. Good job Mickey D's

When you stop at a McDonald's in an industrial area right off an airport, you may not have high expectations. This McDonald's was great. Spotless clean, friendly staff, fast service, and every item prepared correctly. Thanks for running a very good restaurant!

I am quite impressed with how nice and accommodating the staff was at this location. They were helpful and made sure our visit went well. I will even admit that I made a mistake with my order and thought they did. They quickly tried to fix the issue and when it was realized that I actually made the mistake they were so courteous and humble about it. This has become my new fave McD location!

I like the restaurant, but my McDonald's app is not working. No one there seems to be able to help me. This particular McDonald's is next to Universal Studios. It is expensive!
