McDonald's

This is a 5 star McDonalds. At least, we had a 5 star experience last week when we went for the Pokemon kids meals. At $2.99 (different locations set their prices differently) you cannot beat the price of the kids meals at this location! We opted to dine in and the interior of this McDonald's is immaculate. Relaxed seating area, booths, tables. Everything very clean & comfortable. Our food was delivered by very friendly and lovely employees who also asked if we needed anything else and brought us ketchup. They had additional sauces on their tray too and when we asked about them they gave us 2 hot mustard (I didn't even know McDonald's had that!) and a ranch.Definitely would go out of my way to go to this location again!

Waited at drive through 10 minutes for them to tell me to come in because they couldn't take the order there , ordered a bacon egg and cheese buscuit and nothing else waited 20 minutes for what you see in the picture it was cold and nasty. DO NOT COME HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Went to this McDonald's location today and it wasn't terrible. Even though there was a line when we got there it moved fast. Service was ok, when I was placing my order there was a struggle with communication. Thankfully Susan who was the one who handed us our food went above and beyond to fix any mistakes. The double quarter pounder and quarter pounder are always good. I don't think I've ever had a bad one. My kids had the double quarter ponder with bacon which I highly recommend! The Big Mac is a classic but lately it's a hit or miss. Today it was a miss, only because it was lacking sauce which is what makes the burger amazing. My youngest enjoyed her cheeseburger happy meal like she always does. Now the fries. Today the fries were so good I wish I ordered a lot more. They were perfectly cooked, hot and fresh and salty. At the end of the day this is a good location to visit if in the area.

Oh my! On 3/4/2024 at 7:15am I stopped here for a BEC Biscuit and a hash brown and to "Powder my Nose" so I went inside. The place is nice and clean. What got me was the attitude of the lady who took my order. She's about 5'6", she wears glasses and has gray in her, as well as a chip the size of the abyss on her shoulder. As always I ordered my BEC biscuit with pickles and mustard and the lady wanted to argue over adding those 2 items. It's not negotiable. I know how I like my biscuit. Make it how I asked for it. She was RUDE AF to not only me, but to the 3 young men who ordered before me.Lady, I'mma pray for you! Don't know what troubles you're facing, but we're all facing troubles. Kindness is free. You should try it sometime!

Store manager, was disrespectful to me after messing up my mobile order. Had me outside for 30 minutes in spot four. I decided to go inside when the order said it was delivered on my phone and I still had no food. The cashier was very sweet, but when she went to resolve the issue, the guy running the back then told his cashier that I "must've parked in the wrong spot and don't know how use the app". Own your mistakes. Didn't apologize and said "here" after I was at this McDonald's in total 45 minutes when I placed A PICKUP ORDER. Not doing a mobile order again or supporting this store.

WORST QUARTER POUNDER EVER !!! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!Cold not cooked enough bun stake and broke apart no flavor cheese not melted enough .......SMOOTHIE WAS DISGUSTING!! Strawberry banana YUCK. HAD NO MILKSHAKES AT 10pm And no large size cups had to get a medium size of that watered down smoothie.

This location has got to be one of the worst. I barely go to McDonald's but unfortunately this location is the closest to where I live. Last night I drove in the drive thru (2:30am) I started to place my order and the employee told me that they were ONLY taking Uber or Lyft orders. I can't see how this is operating under a supervisor. In the past I've reached out to the district manager bc the manager called me a racist name and no response. I hope they close this location

I go quite often just for a Mocha Frappe. Half the time the machine is down so I will drive down to the other location on 434. This morning, I went back here to order and was asked as I often am if I could pull up and we will bring it out to you. I did. 12 minutes later a lady came out and walked by to take drinks to the cars parked in the pick-up spots. As she walked by me I said can you check on my Mocha Frappe I have been sitting here for over 10 minutes. She said 10 minutes? I said Yes. She says what size. I said a large. A few minutes later she brings it out. I look at it and immediately know it is not good. As I stir it there are so many ice chunks in it (not blended) you can hardly drink it. I was so frustrated and now late for work I just left. I wanted to go back in and give it back to them and get my money back. Very bad. UHHGGG!

If zero was a choice that would still be to high. The management here is absolutely awful. They are on a power high. I ordered2 drinks and used the McDonald app for free fries with purchase. 1st window paid. 2nd window I asked for fries and this insulting man claiming to be a manager said he was not givingme free fries because they were not on the receipt. We'll the order taker said it should have been there. Again free fries he rudely told me if I wanted them I would have to pay. I showed him the app which states I could not reorder because app would only allow once a day he told me to pay or have a good night. This is not the first time issue with managers where do they train Bullies are us. Sad that they are right in my drive path wherever I go. So unbelievable of just how people in power can act so out of control. Rude much...oh and I got my french fries free after the entire line had to wait for 5 minutes.
