McDonald's

They hire the most incompetent people during the evening shift when it's the most busiest. How is it possible? I ordered a double cheeseburger. Guess what's missing? The other beef patty. I also ordered a diet Coke and was given a large coke extra ice. A large fry. I think they ate a few before putting them in the bag bc 1/2the fries were gone. They honestly just dont give a shit about the customers at all. People behind the mic have no problem processing the order. It's the people that actually putting the food together. I don't understand what they're reading, and honestly neither do they.Seriously, am I really going to have to examine everything is order before leaving the drive thru? The only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 is bc the morning staff is great, and on point.

I know McDonalds is fast cheap food but when I got home with my order I could not believe how bad it was.... See photo....

The service has been ridiculous. The app works pretty good but he restaurant had an issue and couldn't use the app or rewards and it was really frustrating.They consistently get the order wrong or forget something, and they upcharge EVERYTHING. Tea instead of coffee? You're paying for an entire drink upcharge. I get it with soda or Frappuccinos or orange juice, but with tea, it is ridiculous. Sometimes they put a slight smear of tartar sauce on the fish sandwich, and when I mean a slight smear, I mean, there is like one speck of green pickle, and an iridescent white smear on a tiny portion of the fish, and other times they put a full dollop . If it happens to be one of the times that they put a slight smear instead of a dollop, they will charge you $1.50 to get that dollop that is normal everywhere else. The breakfast sandwiches as of late have been old and cold. It has gotten to the point that it is faster for me to make my own breakfast sandwich in the morning from scratch, from raw egg and raw meat and all... and wash the two pans that I use then it is to go through the drive-through deal with the cashier and the order and waiting even though this is directly on my way.So I guess really thank you McDonald's (at this location) because I have saved a ton of money and time not coming here lately!

Highly recommend spending your time there; astronomical experience. I walk in and staff is calm and not yelling. Then i walk to the bathrooms and it says temporarily closed. A kind soul (god bless her heart) tells me she is cleaning that bathroom and brings me too the other one! She pulls on the door and someone is in there. She then walk me back to the previous bathroom and takes off the temporarily closed sign and says she is just cleaning it because "boys like to piss on the floor." The food was cooked perfectly and hot! If you want to find a good use of your time, THIS mcdonald's is the way to go!

Terrible. Avoid. No food after waiting in the drive thru space they sent us to. Food being served from the window. We did not have a special order. No reason for the wait. It's been over 10 mins.

Absolute worst McD I've ever been to. They don't know how to use the mobile app with orders. You can't get any of the deals drive thru or in person?! I had to do a mobile order. They were rude and unhelpful and didn't give me a receipt and wouldn't. When I tried to write the company it requires a store number I called and asked and was told they would have to "shuffle through papers in the office to figure it out!? It was clear they knew the would get complaints so they don't bother to give you the information. Seriously?!

Restaraunt is poorly managed, and very unorganized. Management is not on the same page when it comes to customer relations, I won't be visiting this store again and have forwarded all of my documentation to the Regional team with the help of McDonald's' customer service. If you're calling this store to have any issue resolved, don't bother, it's a waste of time.Despite that, it's labeled as a 24 hour McDonald's with closure at random times throughout the day. You'll be in the drivethru for a while, and might even end up paying for the completely wrong meal and being refused a refund..

They sell you what they want and not what you are paying for.Old stale bread and food was coldI asked for no mustard or ketchup add Mac sauce on my quarter pounder and they added the Mac sauce to an old burger that had mustard or ketchup instead of making me a fresh one like I ordered and paid for

Went in, placed our order on the kiosks, sat down and within minutes breakfast was served! The hotcakes were super fresh and the restaurant was clean. I'll be back!

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to in 50 years! Ignored at the menu board.The order was wrong.The quarter pounder with cheese was cold not lukewarm, but cold. The french fries were over cooked and it looked like they were in an old grease that kind of brown.No greetings, at the pick up window. The young man didn't even say a word, and almost didn't give us the rest of our food.Worst experience at McDonald's I've ever had.
