I know this is a fast food chain, but I went by today and literally had to just drive away. I waited a few minutes at the drive through before being greeted and the first thing they said was "The only drinks we have are milkshakes, no soda, juice, tea, nothing like that." The only McDonald's in the world that only has ice cream lol

This McDonald's is awful!!! At 9pm on a Thursday the workers are just chillin, lounging around. Drive thru packed. What ever. That don't mind me. But I worked a long fucking day and I get some shitty cold food pisses me off. 1.3 gpa in there working. Seriously!

THIS IS THE WORSTTTT MC DONALDS EVER! Currently sitting in the drive thru now hitting 20 minutes and have not moved !!! It's 11:12pm on a Wednesday night ! Getting off work and having to deal with this while my family is home waiting for me. This is unexceptionable! When I FINALLY got my food, whatya know ITS COLD ! My fiancé and I came on 8/11/24 at 9:30pm on the drive thru and ordered on the app. We were given part of our order and then were asked to wait on the second window where we waited nearly 15 minutes (THEY NEVER CAME) for a happy meal. We had sundaes with us and both of them melted while waiting. So we backed up to the first window where we just saw employees just laying against counters and talking not paying attention to the window. When finally decided to look out the guy who asked us to go the second window asked us "whats up?" Which clearly showed us his lack of customer service skills and poor professionalism. We then asked the girl to do something for our sundaes because they were both melted and she just proceeded to fill them more just making the whole thing worse. Do better.

Night service was horrible. The kid taking the order was rude and when I pulled up to the window he was cussing in Spanish and mad that there was so much people. I understand it can get stressful, but don't complain in front of the customer. Why work there if you're going to have a bad attitude? Food was mediocre and cold when I got home and chicken wasn't cooked throughThey need new staff!
