Marco's Pizza

Love the Italian sausage they use on my pizza ! I always go with Italian sausage, green peppers and red onion ... it's my favorite! Tip: look for their full moon specials you will get 50% off your pizza order!

My order was confirmed delivered to my hotel lobby. The person at the desk said that a delivery driver stood in the lobby, didn't attempt to call anyone, and then left. Our pizza was basically stolen. When I called the store, they said I would have to pick it up if they remade it. I wasted an hour and a half and didn't get any pizza.

Look, this isn't 4 star pizza when compared to REAL pizza, but it is 4 star when compared to their competitors like the Hut and the John's of the world. This is a very new location and the first thing I noticed was how clean and well run it was inside. Sure it was a bit frantic and busy, but they were hustling and communicating and that was good to see. The pizza came out on time and was piping hot when I got it home. It was good! Flavorful with a good amount of toppings and a good portion size for the price. Lots of good deals when you order online as well.

The owner of this location should be ashamed. Not only are they trying to operate with just ONE person in the kitchen and ONE at the counter, placing a order online suggested the wait would only be 26 minutes. We got here exactly on time to pick up our food, and there were 20+ people in the lobby wondering what the heck is going on. Staff is beyond stressed, and people are angry because nobody knows what's going on. We've been in the lobby for 20 minutes and haven't even had a chance to check in.This is beyond unacceptable - incredibly stressful for the 2 faithful employees here today, and a slap in the face to ALL your customers who have to wait significantly longer than the website said it would take. In the end, we waited close to an hour beyond the estimated pickup time for our order.

Was waiting for this location to open forever. Finally got to try the pizza bowl. BEST INVENTION EVER! I had it with sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms and olives. As I do not eat bread easily, this was perfect. The price was great, workers were friendly. Also got an XL 2 topping that was huge. Both pizza and pizza bowl was only $21.

Tried to order online, that didn't work. Called and waited on hold 20 minutes, never spoke to anyone except for them to tell me to wait and put me back on hold. Ordered through yelp/grub hub. Said it would be ready in 30-40 minutes. After an hour I checked my order through Grub Hub and it said it was ready. Went in, they don't have it. Haven't even started baking it.I realize it's a Saturday night and most pizza places are busy, which I why I tried to order over an hour before I needed my carry out order. This is ridiculous.

I purchased two Pies $6.99 Specials. I have been to other Marco's locations and the Pizza was good. this time the two were total wrecks. They even cut them so bad it was laughable. The sauce was mostly on one side and the few pieces of sausage were on the other side. The other Pizza, there was copious amounts of pepperoni. Which caused an Exxon Valdez size oil slick. It was apparent that the one one person who was making the pizzas, was totally overwhelmed. You could tell just the way he moved around the kitchen, that he was not trained properly. One other thing Marco's offers 50% off any pizza, which was not disclosed when I purchased. I did get the 6.99 special but when I asked Milagros to credit the difference she refused and became angry and confrontational. It was only $1.24 difference and I wouldn't care, if she was not so rude. Hopefully the Vinland location is managed better in the future. I have had good luck at the other locations in Orlando. Unfortunately this Marco's is only five minutes from my house. Marco's please get it together it"s not rocket science

Dishonest! Said I was speaking to a manager and come to find out that I was not. Wanted the gratuity that I added back because they didn't deserve it and refused to give it back. It was a mobile order.

This place is poorly managed. I ordered for pick up and instead of it taking 20 mins like website said it took over an hour. The staff seemed new and unsure of what was going on. The lady in the front was just rude and dismissive when I tried to inquire on my order. I would not recommend you eat here.

Delivery estimate time was 10:42PM--we were riding the bus back from Disney at 10:28PM when David called to say he was at our door with the pizza. We told him it would be a few minutes and he could leave the pizza at the door or with the front desk. He said no, he needed to give it to us directly. After 10 minutes and a call to the store (where we heard the manager arguing with the driver on another line), we met David in the lobby where he proceeded to yell at us about his wait and how is tip wasn't enough for the amount of time he waited (10 minutes). He was erratic and it was an overall bad experience. Pizza appeared hot when received, though we are scared to eat it based on the driver's behavior.
