Service with a smile indeed. She was friendly indeed. Orders came quick. Sinigang was tasty and filled with tons of veggies, just how I like it. Pampano fish was cut to three pieces, she even provided me with hot chili pepper (siling labuyo) to add to my fish sauce (patis).BBQ was half cooked so we had to give it back to cook it some more, no issues, things happen, it was solved. Lumpia was just okay, sauce was good. Rice portioned heartily, enough for two people. It's a friendly place, bathroom needs monitoring and repair. Overall vibe is good and a good choice for some home cooked (lutong bahay) meals.

FoodieIQ Scores: 6.2/10 (chicken pad Thai) 6.1/10 (crispy crab wontons)This chicken pad thai had the best eggs I've ever had from an Asian restaurant. I know that's mad random but I was blown away at how good the eggs tasted .The chicken pad Thai was a bit spicy since they make theirs with tamarind which threw me off at first but I got used to it and the more I ate it the more I enjoyed it.The crab wontons was a nice twist to krab Rangoon. The crunch was serious but the filling wasn't anything special. I still recommend going to Wave in Apopka for some krab rangoon in the Orlando area.

It was ok. I got the sisig and it wasn't the best, i was hungry so i ate it. The music was a little too loud for my taste and was annoying actually. They havent even started the actual "concert", they were practicing. Definitely won't be back here.

I placed a to go order as my wife and kids wanted dessert. Same as Amy's review, i WAs charged 20% service charge. I asked what was that about. The woman said "its a to-go charge". So basically you are charged 20% if you dine in or take out. Makes no sense. Also the two front counter woman were a bit unprofessional. Friendly banter is one thing but there was no one in the restaurant at 6:30pm on a Saturday and i am wondering why. There was one young teen who was on her phone the whole time. The other must of been like the owners sister or something. The husband looked like he did everything . Just felt it wasn't really appropriate with their banter, seemed out of place. The food seems good but getting desserts to go they melted but the sticky rice mango was good. Wife's halo halo was decent nothing special and fried cheese cake was a mess. Hopefully the 2 ladies act more mature and show a little more respect for the restaurant. Having a 13/14 year old who rather be texting doesn't invite homeliness. Sorry just being honest.

eeeww!!! Please save yourself and do not go to this restaurant. Overpriced, staled food, just gross!!! We came from California to Florida for 7 days and we are craving for filipino food. Worst restaurant choice ever! Paid $220 for such a crappy food. They even tried to add $20 for dinner charges when we were there at lunch time. Good thing I double checked our bill. Dont even know why this restaurant still operates. Yuck!

From the outside it is kind of in a broken down shopping area. I'm not holding it against the business though, many times the greatest places don't look awesome on the outside. My wife and I went in around 7:00pm. There was only a table of 4 there. We were under the impression they had already eaten and were leaving soon. We were wrong. They were still waiting on food they had already ordered. Judging by the drinks, they had already been there a little while. We sat down and looked over the menu. We ordered some bbq skewers and chicken wrap. I ordered a coke and my wife a water. The nice girl brought our drinks and everything seemed fine. She took our main orders and went away. Here is where things start to get bad. We waited about 25-30 minutes for our appetizers. Now I realize if a place is busy it can take time. There were very few customers here though. I remember looking up at my wife a few times thinking WOW I wish they would bring anything at this point haha. Actually another family sat down and waited about 10 minutes before coming to the front to ask for help. The service was quite poor. The girl that helped us.. well.. didn't really help us. She didn't ask a single time if we needed drink refills. She didn't ask us how we were doing. She didn't ask us how the food was. WAS THE FOOD GOOD? Yes! My BBQ skewers were juicy and tasted rich. The meat was great and the sauce on them was wonderful. My wife's chicken wraps were tasty. The lettuce was cool and crisp. The meat was soft and flavorful. No complaints! We waited another 20 minutes and FINALLY some food came. My ramen came out. I ordered the ramen with pork and.... Well no pork. Forget it im so hungry at this point I'll eat it without the pork. The ramen was soupy, the noodles seemed a lot like instant noodles but the veggies inside were good. Not my favorite kind of ramen but not bad at all in my opinion. Again I think this is a service issue of the forgotten pork. My wife's food actually took so long to come out we just asked to have hers to go. To be honest here also was good. I took a bite and have no complaints. She ate it all. So why the 2 stars? Again the food was good. But the service was HORRIBLE. I love family restaurants, I really do. But the girls at the front need to be trained to do better. To offer good service. The youngest girl just seemed to sit there and play games at the front desk ? I guess she's not old enough to help ? Then even worse, the food here is pretty expensive. We ended up spending $70 for two plates and two appetizers. This is WITHOUT A TIP. Oh here's the kicker, a 20% "SERVICE FEE". For what ? The SERVICE was the worst part of the experience. There was no service. This is why we didn't leave a tip. Please, if you want to keep this restaurant going, find a way to lower the prices to a reasonable amount. The food isn't bad. And most of all, improve the level of service. This place could be a 4-5 stars if it were not for the bad service, high prices and crazy 20% fee for the horrible service.

Owner is really nice, food is also good. I think most of the negative complains are not because of the food but because of the mandatory 20% service fee. If you don't mind paying that then do give this place a chance. They started having live music and karaoke night too. The platter (Bilao) is nice for large group, you get to have variety of grilled and fried food.

Well to start off with it was not well advertised from the street. There is a large construction project going on that is interfering. Luckily I researched the map before we went and was able to find it. This restaurant is run by a Phillipino family and friends and serve both phillipino and other Asian dishes. However I was there for the Phillipino food. Starting with lumpia which I found a little different than the lumpia I am used to. But they were still good. Main course I had the pork adobo which was delicious and ordered there volcano fish for my wife. It also was delicious. Heck we even had dessert banana rolls. Again delicious. Overall we really enjoyed our meal and talking with the restaurateurs and their family. We will return. Take the time to find this nice little restaurant it's worth it.
