I was starving at 9pm after a day of traveling. Walked in and we were one of 3 tables on a Friday night. I was worried that the food might be a miss but I was so hungry, we decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised! We started with the fried mushrooms with ranch sauce and the bbq wings. Both were very good, my daughter loved the mushrooms. I had the special for my main which was filet mignon topped with a salmon cake with a citrus cream sauce on top. I inhaled it in 5 min. Steak was cooked perfectly medium and seasoned well, salmon cake had a nice crunch without the fishy taste. The citrus sauce brightened up the dish. My husband had the vegetarian pasta which he enjoyed. I ended the meal with key lime pie which was good. Prices are very reasonable considering the quality and amount of food you get. Will be back if we stay in shades of green again!

Service was exceptional, came here just for a couple quick apps and a glass of wine. Staff friendly, food reasonable cost, everything was perfect.

This place was overrated.!I enjoyed our time there but it was a LONG time. It seemed like they were short staffed because it took a long time to get our drinks, food, and bread. We had a reservation and it didn't help with the speed of service. The food was good but overpriced in my opinion. There's better options around the Disney properties.

Lots to get better here, especially from a Disney affiliated property. Our server, Bill, was pretty inattentive, never came to see how the meal was or refilled drinks. My wife's impossible burger was one of the sorriest things I've seen come out of a kitchen in a long time. No cheese, rock hard tomatoes, stone cold sides of broccoli and mashed potatoes, and on sandwich bread like they didn't even try. Ironically the pasta and French onion soup i had were relatively decent. Ambiance was casual. If we weren't trying to go to bed early for a half marathon tomorrow I'd have gotten up and walked out and gone anywhere else.

Don't waste your money!! Wife and son both had the pasta that's tossed in the cheese wheel with a side of chicken. Pasta had zero flavor. They don't season it at all! The chicken looked like it was previously cooked, heated up, then chopped up. How hard is it to grill a chicken breast to order? I got the schnitzel which was average at best. Pork was on the dryer side and was not pounded thin enough. Service was slow and not very attentive. Honestly the best part was that the host was very nice. I would of rather of ate at Evergreens as the price to quality is more on par.

Absolutely fantastic. The New York strip steak was very tender not a small portion either very large. Cheese wheel was fun to watch make the pasta dish. Everyone had great food. Chicken teriyaki was tender. Sweet potatoes had pecans.

food: very bland, barely any flavor on the mahi-mahi, didn't taste very fresh. Chicken parm had no flavor besides the sauce, chicken was bland. Chicken quesadilla was out of touch, tasted more like pot pie in a tortilla. Key lime pie, nice presentation but tasted more like cheesecake.service: our server was very nice and polite. Not so attentive when it came to drinksambiance: quite, dim lighting

Our experience was excellent! Starting with the friendly staff, the perfectly cooked food and the superb atmosphere, Will definitely be back!

Service - Excellent on a Sunday night (4th of July weekend)Food - Speedy and delicious!We came here after a day at Epcot. While we didn't stay at Shades of Green, we are still eligible to dine and use the spa here because of my husband's disability eligibility. The prices for an Italian steak house can't be beat. We were a party of 6, including our preteens and 1 year old. The ambiance was nice for a date night, but also low key for a family after a day at the parks. Many were super casual. Our server was attentive and gave good recommendations.

To preface, this was not a busy night or time that we came. Service was SO slow. Waited 10 minutes for boxes for leftovers after asking and another 5 minutes for the check, from when we asked for the boxes initially. Food quality was decent, but service was VERY slow.
