Magical Meat Boutique

This is the second time I visited this place.This time came in the evening to listen to a band.Sat at the bar at first. Got served quickly by the bartender. Moved to a high rise table to be closer to the stage.Service on the regular table was a little slow.Place is ok.Did not order food.The drinks options were mediocre.

This was honestly the slowest service I have experienced in a long time and when you have three hungry little boys with you it just doesn't go over very well. And after all that waiting the food was just sub par... I have just not had any good experiences in Mount Dora when it comes to dining.

Warm beer, mediocre food...weird ass pricing. Neh. I wish i had saved the money. Husband got the foot long (was NOT a foot long) fish and chips - very greasy taster. I got the prime rib sandwich, all fat and again no taste. Even the fries needed salted and tons of ketchup. The draft beers were warm so we tried cans...still warm.

We have visited Magical Meat before but only had beverages. Today we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch of Cod and chips, a Scotch Egg and battered sausage bites. The fish and chips was a very generous portion for us to share. Hot, crispy and everything you would want it to be. The Scotch Egg and sausage bites were also great. Service was top notch. We look forward to our next trip to Mt Dora to try some of their other dishes.

This was just one of our many stops in Mount Dora and we mainly just stopped for some drinks and appetizers and everything we ordered was very good. We were able to sit outside and it was a beautiful day out so it was perfect. This is a British pub and they offer 16 imported beers on draught. We all had different beers from their extensive menu and none of us were disappointed. We had the pretzels with beer cheese and onion rings for apps. The beer cheese was so, so good and the onions were huge, perfectly crispy and not greasy at all. They have a menu with lots of choices and on weekends they serve a traditional British breakfast. Our server was great! Fun place to stop by if you're in the area.

Waiter must have forgot our order because we watched multiple tables come after us and get their food before us (same food orders) either that or the kitchen doesn't go in line with the tickets. Sat there for over 1 hour and waiter never even stopped to realize something must have been wrong. Terrible service.

We stopped in today with high hopes, but left somewhat disappointed. We tried the Scotch egg which was ok. It had a crunchy texture and my hubs liked it even though he typically won't eat hard boiled eggs. I had the Cod/chips w/side of mushy peas. The peas were seasoned with mint and tasty. The fish was very greasy but plentiful. The hubs had shepherd's beef pie and enjoyed it with mashed potatoes. The downside? I picked up the malt vinegar bottle to find it crusty dirty. And the bathroom... sticky floor- not good.

Magical Meat Boutique was exactly that magical. Great pub vibes the service was great and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area. Can't wait to come back.

This is a very cute pub with indoor and outdoor seating. It is very cute in its theming. The service was excellent. The woman that helped us was attentive and very friendly. The food was very good. I had the steak pie and my husband got the bangers and mash. I wish I had gotten that because it was VERY good.

Guinness desert, fish and chips, Shepard pie are all fantastic.The ambiance of bar reminds us of the Winchester from Shaun of the dead as a true Brit pub with outdoor seating too.Service has always been spot on every time we goIf there is a Football ( aka soccer) match, this is a great place to watch.
