Was at the Florida Mall and saw there was a boba place here. Not my best experience. The staff wasn't super friendly or helpful. I got my usual order I get when I try out a new place - Taro Milk Tea with black boba. The drinks are all large here and all the boba is an up charge. They use non-dairy milk (I think for all their drinks but I was having a hard time figuring that out with the staff - and I have no idea what kind of non-dairy milk). You can alter sweetness level. I got mine with zero sugar, and the brown sugar boba, which adds sweetness. I liked the chewiness of their boba, but my overall experience was just okay. The biggest shock was the price - my drink was $10.25!!! That's crazy expensive for what I got and the brown sugar boba was $1.25. Just way too expensive. Also - no exchanges or refunds on anything. I won't be back.

They had forgotten to give us our drink and had several parties after us get their orders while we waited. It wasn't until we actually went up to ask for the status of our order that they had not given us yet, that we were able to even get it at all. It was just a strawberry boba so I figured it wouldn't have taken long but it turns out they had just forgotten to print out the slip for our order.Overall it took about 15-20 minutes for us to get our boba when others were getting theirs within a couple of minutes. We asked if for the inconvenience on their part, they can offer something wether it be in the shape of a discount or offering an extra complimentary amenity but they refused to do so. On top of the drinks being very overpriced for what they are (as you can see from the other reviews), this experience was the nail in the coffin we needed to be convinced never to return.Regardless of the red flags we decided to give this place a chance but honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Very very expensive (roughly $10 bucks a drink) which I normally wouldn't mind if the tea was good. I think this is the first time I've had to toss out any milk tea drink before even finishing it. The tea itself was more on the sour side while also being extremely sweet. It's odd, I did have low expectations for this place, but I just wasn't expecting it to be this bad. There are other things on the menu, I did see some instant noodles for $7 bucks a pop so that's pretty overpriced. If you're ever in Florida Mall, please skip this tourist trap. I sure did fall for it being a tourist and all haha. Idk, maybe I'm just spoiled by all the boba places in California.

I think I've found my go-to boba place for whenever I visit the Florida Mall. I already cannot wait to return! Judging by the photos there has to be more than one location in the mall. The one I visited is right in front of H&M. The only thing negative part is the outrageous price plus the fact that you have to add the Boba for an additional cost even though it's a Boba place; I don't know, that's always so weird to me. When I was ordering, I asked the person taking my order what they suggest would go best with the Thai milk tea, and they said the brown sugar boba. I'm so glad I listened to them. It was so delicious! There are many snacks you can order from this location. I chose the steamed shrimp dumplings. It took a few minutes for them to be ready, but I don't mind waiting for my food to be prepared. The shrimp dumplings came with dumpling sauce to dip them in or pour it over. The menu is full of delicious options, and I can't wait return so I can try the brown sugar pearl crème brûlée drink!

It's been a while since we last visited here but we were not familiar with boba drinks so we ordered what we thought would be good. We ordered some food as well which weren't really good and the drinks were okay. We would give this place another chance now that we are much more familiar with boba and teas. The store is my favorite part of the whole thing it's decorated so cutely and full of anime. The service was good too. I believe we just weren't aware of what could taste good or not so we will be coming back to give it another try!

Extremely expensive for mediocre boba!! I paid almost $11 for a regular Taro boba with crystal pearls. I have been to very high end and well known boba shops and at most paid $8. It was my fault for not looking at the prices beforehand due to being in a rush, but I would never have thought it could be so expensive. Even for a mall, the pricing is outrageous especially if the place itself isn't that nice (just tons of plush toys) and has low quality boba.

"This place is amazing, they were friendly. And the prices are reasonable, there were so many things you can customize", says little honey. She just Loves Boba and was tickled to find them since her favorite Florida Mall boba spot closed up last year. So far, two home runs!

This bubble tea shops replaced Lemon Shark, a poke place previously in the Dining pavilion in the Florida Mall. Magic pearls is not affiliated with Lemon Shark, and are not owned by the chain. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I asked them to make an unsweetened tea for me. They made a fresh pot of Jasmine tea just to make one unsweetened cup for me. That was really kind. They have a variety of teas, as well as savory Asian inspired dishes. They offer Xaio Long Bao, Goyza and a large variety of ramen to name a few. They also have a few dessert! With the boba place next to Dicks closed, this is the only boba place in the mall. I wish them the best! I've seen many small restaurants come and go from the mall, I hope this one lasts!

Stopped in yesterday for the first time and was very happy with my order! When I walked in, I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted, and the staff was really helpful in making recommendations. I was initially going to go with a black milk tea with brown sugar boba, but then I saw they had an Oreo milk tea, and I immediately decided I wanted that one! After tip, it came out to about $9 which is about average, if not slightly more expensive than other boba tea shops in the area. The store isn't too big, but they do have a pretty wide selection of teas and smoothies, as well as some food offerings! I didn't order any food but I saw they had some snack foods such as mozzarella sticks and egg rolls. They also have a small counter area for if you are staying there to enjoy your drink, but I just took mine with me to go! My order was ready in about 3 minutes or so, and it was delicious!Although I don't collect them, I saw they had some plushies, Squishmallows, and resin keychains! My drink was delicious and I would totally recommend it!

Location: in the mall and limited space. Staff: super nice and fast!Food: Seems cheap but if you compare it to the portions they give, its pretty expensive! 5 nuggets for $4 is insane! Mcdonald has them on promotions many times at $5 for 20 nuggets and they tastes better too! Yes I compare mcdonalds chicken nuggets to others. Their macarons were around $1.50 each, it is so small and not really tasty; premade and sealed in a bag. Their drinks are okay priced and good, but not enough for me to crave it again.
