customer service is terrible. shouldn't even try calling them the call wont last more than 30 seconds before the other end hangs up, they didnt even care to stay long enough to figure out why I called at all. the second person I 'talked' to when I called again gave me blatant disrespect before again hanging up on me. regardless of how busy it is in the 'summer time' no customer should be spoken to this way. Why would I want to try their food if they don't even want to speak to a customer? hoping these guys get the future they deserve.

Great food! always a good experience when calling and placing my order. I'm from New Jersey and so I'm use to good Chinese food. For the area, this is pretty great! I recommend for sure!!!!

I stopped by to place an order and unfortunately the appearance from the outside is extremely dirty. I felt if they couldn't clean the front of the store what would the kitchen look like. After walking inside and looking around I just asked for a menu and I left. I truly can't offer an opinion on the quality of food as I didn't take a chance at ordering. If they took the time to clean I probably would go back and give it a shot.

Food was awful, except for the egg rolls - smallest pieces of orange chicken that were all undercooked & not crispy. (We prefer Panda Express & won't be ordering from here again)

Do not be fooled by the outer appearance of this restaurant...it is truly a hidden gem! I've scoured Central Florida to find some good Chinese food and most times I'm left disappointed. Some of my favorite items here are: Chicken/Beef and Broccoli (the sauce is to die for) and the House Special Mei Fung. However, the two items that the world desperately needs to know about are their EGG ROLLS and the FRIED CHICKEN. The Egg Rolls are large, crunchy, flavorful, rolled by hand and are a modest $1.25 each. My grandma loves them so much she asks me to bring them to her 10 at a time, and she freezes them to reheat later. That's how good they are! The Fried Chicken is some of the best I've had ever. I'm a fried chicken fiend, and I've eaten my way through many local southern-style fried chicken establishments but...these are better. I mean it, this fried chicken is crunchy, flavorful to the bone and puts the rest to shame. The woman who works here is so kind, and she and her husband work hard seven days a week to bring great quality food to us lucky locals. This is definitely a family-run establishment, and you'll often find their sons lending a hand as well. They keep the kitchen clean and are always very courteous. We love this place so much we are here almost once a week!

Food was great! Wait time was longer than average Chinese take out but it was worth the wait. Everything was hot and tasty. And the cooks were helpful. I'll be back for sure!

Would rate it zero if I could. Hair in my dumpling that I pulled out of my mouth. Completely disgusted...:Called the restaurant for some kinda of resolution, and what they offered was penny on the dollars that I spent there. Never going back,Plenty other places within a mile radius that I've never had a problem with for the last five years.

Very good food, but their prices have increased by over 50% lately. I don't necessarily blame them. If people are willing to pay the higher prices, then they are justified. This is called capitalism. If you feel that the value is not there, you have the option of not buying their food or buying it less often. I really like their food, so I will buy fewer dishes less often.

We love this restaurant! The order is always perfect and the owners are so nice! They are always on time and travel a distance to deliver to us. We order often and will continue.

Lucky garden is hands down the best Chinese food in Osteeen. although their wait for delivery is longer than other Chinese restaurants the wait is worth it!
