Sunday afternoons on the couch with takeout from LongHorn........A win every time! Ordered the Outlaw Ribeye with rice and broccoli, and everything was fulfilled exactly as I ordered it--no missing items, no mistakes, just great food.The steak was cooked just right, the rice was flavorful, and the broccoli was fresh. Takeout was quick and hassle-free, making it the perfect lazy Sunday meal. Definitely a solid experience!

I had a gift card for Longhorn so I decided to grab some food after seeing them several times on my Tik Tok recently for the Parmesan crusted wings. I've always loved Longhorn & recently saw a viral video about adding the Parmesan to the smoked wings. Let me tell you it was DELICIOUS! I also ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken meal as well which is the chicken breast topped with Parmesan it came with one side, which I got the baked sweet Potatoe and it came with some bread. They both were delicious but the wings are definitely a fav. The customer service was great and the ambiance was chill but steady for it to be lunch time. The young lady who took my order knew about the vital tik tok which was great that they are in sync with the marketing of viral items. I of course will come back to Longhorn & will def be ordering the wings again.

I ordered LongHorn to go and it was a great experience. I don't often eat at LongHorn, but I had a gift card. I'm definitely going to be coming back more often! The website is super user friendly and placing my order was a breeze. The staff were fast and brought my food out with a smile. My order was well packaged and looked great. They gave me tons of condiments and utensils. I ordered the 7 pepper steak salad and a side of fries. The steak was a perfect medium rare and tasted great. The salad was fresh and had a good ratio of toppings to greens. They gave me bread and butter. I got a side of fries and they really filled up the container. Overall, I was impressed and will definitely keep LongHorn in mind when I pick up lunch.

Enjoyed lunch having a chicken sandwich and an onion soup and salad combo lunch. Service was good. Restaurant was clean. Something I noticed when paying my bill. In the gratuity section, there is a note stating the following. " Suggested gratuity is added after the tax and before discounts". I totally agree adding all gratuities before discounts. I DO NOT AGREE ADDING THE GRATUITY AFTER THE TAX!!! If one leaves a 20% gratuity, the guest is paying 20% of the tax the restaurant pays the government. I call this . Just saying. My gratuity is for the service, not for the establishment to pay on tax!!!! I will visit another corporate sister restaurant and report if they are practicing the same policies.

Updating to say the last few times I've been here, the employees have gone above and beyond and are absolutely fabulous! Order the grilled lamb chops while you can. They are fantastic. The establishment is large and they have plenty of booths so you can be comfortable while eating. Enjoy the western decor. Saddle up partner and get ready for an all around dining experience that's wonderful from start to finish!

The Parmesan crusted salmon will always be a 10/10! Longhorn is consistent in their product no matter the location. I say at the bar, because I was by myself. My server wasn't very attentive. I had to ask for bread, a plate for the bread, water, and my check. It wasn't busy at all at the bar, but I am not sure if she had other things to do. I would go back because the food is always on point. Service could be much better, but it is what it is.

We decided to go to Longhorns because we haven't been in awhile. Of course we decide this on Mother's Day weekend lol. We were put on the waitlist with an estimated time of 35 minutes before we would get a table. We were actually seated in 15 minutes!! Once we got to the hostess stand she seated us right away in the BEST SECTION of the restaurant with a clean table and menus. We were in the back with a booth and we were immediately greeted by Sandra, our amazing waitress! Wow! Where do I start with Sandra? She was so kind and welcoming. She put our orders in promptly and correctly. She always checked in on us to ensure our drinks were full and our food was good. When our entrees came out, my husband's NY Strip was overcooked. He ordered medium and got more of a well steak. Sandra picked it up no problem and put another order in asap. Once it came out she waited for him to cut into it to make sure it was cooked right... it was!! Sandra is truly incredible at her craft and her knack to connect with people. She radiates positive energy, efficiency and compassion. She loves what she does and it really shines in her service. We also work in the service industry and customer service is so important to us. She hit it out of the park and really sets the bar on how every person in the service industry should be to their customers; knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. She has that in spades. Sandra, we hope you are continually blessed! You deserve it!

We ate at this steakhouse and it was fabulous. The salmon was tender and delicious along with this shrimp. The rest of my crew had steak and they loved it. The brussels sprouts are to die for would highly recommend this restaurant.

Great food, great service. Kudos to server Nancy!! She was very friendly and attentive without being overly so.

We walked in with a party of seven during dinner time on 12/29/2024. The experience was immediately disappointing. The hostess at the door was unwelcoming and rude--she didn't greet us and just stared at us for about 20 seconds before finally asking, "Can I help you?" The restaurant itself was in poor condition, with messy floors and an unpleasant odor. As regular LongHorn patrons who visit locations across the country weekly, this was by far the worst experience we've had. We left right away without dining.PS there were door dash orders outside on the sidewalk by the entrance.
