Long John Silver's

Last month when we visited Orlando, my husband made a late evening run to this Long John Silver's store to pick up some fish and chips for himself. Unfortunately the store had little in product to sell him at that time so he came back to our Airbnb empty handed and disappointed. Yesterday afternoon while we were in town again, I decided to see if I could get him the fish and chips he craved.It didn't start out well as I sat at the drive thru order speaker for a few minutes. A voice over the speaker finally welcomed me to LJS and apologized for the wait. I asked about the fish and chips since I've never been to LJS as I don't eat fish. The cashier/order taker was very helpful. She quickly guided me to figure out what to order. My order was ready quickly. She thanked me and I thanked her for helping me. My husband was happy with his fish, chips, and hush puppies.

Stopped by a KFC/Long John Silver's location, only to find out they were completely out of Long John Silver's menu items. The employee at the registerwas dismissive and didn't seem to care. On top of that, employees were arguing loudly in the kitchen, making the whole experience even more unprofessional. I understand shortages happen, but a more courteous attitude and less cussing coming from the kitchen would have made a big difference.

My youngest wanted some KFC and New Drink that in season right now idk drive through was close i thought we Came back parked and went in like any other person would do if they really wanted something! we went in to find two young lady's running the whole store meaning taking orders in store drive through plus cooking ‍ and taking payment like Yaaaaaa they had that under CAP there was another young lady outside working on intercom in drive through which I guess was down "lightning"! He was happy so. KFC Saturday team was lit .

I know it's my fault for not checking but the person running the drive through was so nice I just assumed she gave me everything. My wife's order of 1pc fish with shrimp had no shrimp and neither of us got our extra fish. I guess it's one way to make your numbers look good but loosing customers seems counter productive to me.

This place is horribly undependable (drive in closes when people are in line - at like 630pm- because they are doing a shift change. They don't give you receipts or napkins and today I paid for 1 fish and 2 chicken and didn't get one of the chicken. Slow, poor attitude, and lazy describes the crew.

Oh man I rented a car and drove out to this location since there aren't a lotta LJSs in Orlando and I was at the Convention Center area. When I arrived around 4pm on a Sunday I was excited to get some fish. Unfortunately when I arrived they said they were out of fish, out of hush puppies and only have KFC stuff. Ugh - so annoying and a total let down. Luckily I found a place to play some pinball in this part of Orlando or else the whole rental car would have been a total bust

How do you run out of coleslaw. This isn't the first time this establishment has been disappointing. Tried to call and the phone stated no longer in service. Get you act together.

I see promotional ads on TV and get coupons for LJS but THIS LOCATION doesn't honor any of these discounts. You'll be lucky to find this location open during the posted business hours! It's a joke. Badly managed with an independent franchise owner. Many reviews tell of how they cheat drive-thru customers... be sure to check your order at the drive-thru window before pulling forward! On top of all these shortcomings, the staff is frequently rude and non-responsive. Amazingly though, if you can get your order with or without issues, the fish is top quality and delicious. Just be prepared to endure some unpleasantness to get it. You've been warned...

I tried to placed and order the person that was taking my order start yelling at my and my husband for no reason at all . The manager came and took my order Iwill never go back again to this store it was frightening. The employee sucks

very rude 8/6/2024 won't ever go back to this location even if I'm parched turned me away due to I can't walk
