We stopped at Logan's Roadhouse wanting a nice meal and a break from the overpriced mediocre food we've been eating at local theme parks. The delicious food served by Maria B was outstanding! Her service was top notch. I wish we were locals because we'd visit weekly. My husband ordered the prime rib dinner. He exclaimed it is the best prime rib he's ever had. Better than Lawry's Prime Rib. He let me try a piece and he was right. Melted in my mouth! I don't know their secret but it was amazing. I ordered the trout and it was tender with a flavorful lemon pepper seasoning. The lemon butter sauce and rice were delicious. The green beans were tender and cooked down like they are in the South. Yum. Maria took great care of us even though she was busy. She anticipated all our needs and made it a great meal. Highly recommend!

This was one of the nastiest experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. I found a baby cockroach both in my food and crawling on the booth where we were sitting. This is absolutely disgusting and shows a total lack of cleanliness and food safety. The photos I've attached speak for themselves.When I told the manager, they offered a pathetic 10% discount and claimed their staff agreed it was a "gnat" instead of a roach. Let me be clear--it was definitely a cockroach, but honestly, any kind of bug in food or the seating area is unacceptable. The fact that they tried to downplay it instead of taking responsibility made it even worse.This place is filthy, and the staff clearly don't care. If you care about hygiene, your health, or basic decency, stay far away from Logan's Roadhouse.

Came in late on a Friday night (and Valentines Day) and were sat quickly, and served just as quick! We opted for some steak bites, wings, burgers etc. Everything was great! Our server was sweet, she could see we were tired and took care of us. Overall, I thought everything was good, and satisfying! We even got. to-go water which I very much needed. Their patio also looked lively and happening for the weekend night. I am not from ORL so I wouldn;t likely come back but if you're a local I am sure it's a great family friendly spot

I love me a good steakhouse and I was so excited to come to Logan's because it's been a minute since I have been to one. It took a minute to get seated and even to get drinks. I ordered a steak (rare) with baked beans and a baked sweet potato. The steak was over cooked and was chewy and just wasn't seasoned too good.The baked beans and the baked sweet potato were ok.One of my favorite things to get at Logan's are the famous rolls with butter, that day I had asked for rolls and it took after my meal to come before the rolls came out and they just weren't as good as they were before.

Chain steakhouse can only be so good in my opinion. It will never blow you away but you can at least get solid food at a decent price. Logan's is definitely an itch scratcher if you're looking for something hot off the grill that won't break the bank. The service is always top notch and most importantly you will never want for more of their amazing bitter rolls. It's clean, but it is definitely "corporate cowboy," but who cares...decent food at a decent price. And did I mention the rolls....

At Logan's in Kissimmee, Florida - The tables are filthy and filled with dirty dishes. No one is taking the dishes away and just pilling them up. Our salmon wasn't fully cooked. We brought it up their attention and they said our $5.00 coupon was better than what the manager could do for us. The manager should be fired on the spot. The department of health should be called in as I'm willing to bet the prep area isn't any better.
