Excellent BBQ brisket, and Southern green beans are what you've been missing if you live in the North and can't get 'em there (like me). The ribs are tender, the baked beans also very good. What really shined was our server, Emily. Down to earth, always ready to tend to our needs, cheerful and gave great suggestions.Corn bread muffins are very good if a little on the sweet side. Cookie skillet isn't really worth it. This place is in a very popular outdoor complex, sort of like a mall but with less emphasis on shopping and more on restaurants and bars. The parking lot was very crowded on a Saturday night. Moreover, the pricing is on the high side for casual barbecue. With two appetizers, three non-alcoholic beverages and three meals, and one dessert, our check was $120 plus tip. I probably would come back, especially for the brisket.

I have always wanted to check Lizzie's out, and I finally had the opportunity. I met up with a fellow Yelp Elite, yay Justin, for some lunch. When the decision needed to be made about where we would eat, I said this place had been on my list for a while. We arrived just a little after one, to avoid any possible lunch rush. We were promptly seated and our drink orders were taken. We both commented on how the menu was not super big, it had a few different options but was not excessive. I think we both liked this, don't try to do good at alot of things, do really well at a few things. We both really wanted to try a little variety of meat, we asked the server if there was a plate that offered two meats. He said no there was not, but you can order a meat and then you can order an additional side of meat. This idea was not appealing to either of us as it added to the total of the bill and gave us more food, which neither of was wanted. So what we decided to do was one order the pulled pork and one order the brisket, and then we split it ourselves. This works out when there is more than one person eating, but I think offering a 2 meat or even 3 meat plate would be a hit. For my two side I ordered potato salad and baked beans. Both the brisket and pulled pork plates come with the honey cornbread.Ok, so the food arrives and I give it a quick look. The order is correct and everything look pretty good, I however was already judging the potato salad. So that was the first thing I tried. It was very boring, had little to no seasoning and was a very dry version of a potato salad. So now it was time to try the meats. Both were good, with a slight smoked flavor, but not much other flavor. They were both sorta bland and they both NEEDED the unidentified BBQ sauce in the red bottle on the table. The brisket had a couple pieces of fat on it, some people love it and other hate it. I enjoy a little piece but don't need a ton of it. We commented on the BBQ sauce as it was ok, again needed some more flavor/seasoning. We were also suprised there was only one type as most BBQ places have a couple and they are ususally branded from the resturant. On to the baked beans. They were pretty dissaponting as well. Another item lacking flavor, they tasted like a can of beans from a food service resturant supply company that had been heated up. And the cornbread, well we both found it to be hard as a rock and didn't eat it except of the one bite we each took. Our server was really kind and checked on us often. He seemed to be the server and busser for the entire restaurant. As we headed out we both needed to use the restroom. On our way we checked out the decor in the resturant, which is your trypical BBQ themed stuff. I also happened to only notice one person in the kitchen. Now somethings I did notice while waiting to use the restroom were some concerning items near the soda machine. Neither of the tea urns had lids on them, there was a bottle of cleaning chemical out on the coutner and in reach of children, a rag on the ground, and a half used bottle of orange juice that was sitting out and who knows for how long. I saw these things as they concern me, these are the things I can see out in the open, what is happening in areas that I can not see. Sadly I must say I was very disappointed and have no desire to return.

I placed an order for pickup and got there at 10:46am when the order was supposed to be ready. I was told they were still working on my order so I sat to wait. As I sat there I observed one of the servers walking around looking lost trying to seem busy, the other server taking orders, handling food in the window, just juggling everything. The place wasn't full, yet service was backed up due to the lack of service. At 11:20am I asked to speak with a man anger and shared my thoughts as well as asked for a refund since my order (simple sandwich) wasn't even made yet. Not sure if I will even be back to eat here with service this terrible.

I came in today for the launch of the Lizzie's Breakfast menu and was very impressed, the server Devin was waiting multiple tables but still managed to give me a good amount of time and get everything I needed.I ordered the Southern Hospitality which was effectively a sampler and had a little bit of everything on it (eggs, biscuit and gravy, bacon, breakfast potatoes and grits). The food came out pretty quickly for a completely new menu and honestly I was blown away by how good it all was, the eggs were nicely seasoned and everything tasted fantastic. The biscuit was one of the best I've had outside of Memphis! Full disclosure, grits have never been and never will be my choice, but I really enjoyed these! Having the cornbread as well was a perfect addition to the meal as it added a little sweetness which my sweet tooth had to have. From the start the staff were very attentive and I had a couple of the managers check in on me and ask for some feedback. Shout-out to Jason as well for taking on my feedback and asking a lot of questions, of which I was happy to answer. Looking forward to coming back to this new breakfast spot in the future!

I realize Central Florida is not a hot bed of barbecue connoisseurs, but we are trusting of our fellow Yelpers, so we expected at least a passable experience. We were disappointed, this place is terrible. The servers were friendly and pleasant but wow, they had no chance to save this meal. We arrived at 11:30 am and it was fairly quiet. It took forever for our food to be served and then we had to wait on one of our orders of fries. How long does it take to chop some beef and pork and toast stale buns to render out any moisture. And while we are discussing dry, we have never eaten anything as dry as our sandwiches. Loads of sauce couldn't save it either.

BBQ, the cure for the common hangover! The Sunset Walk area in Kissimmee has many restaurants and I decided to head over to Lizzie's Memphis Style BBQ.There was an event going on so parking was horrible, reminded me of trying to find a spot at a Shopping Mall back in the days BEFORE there was online shopping, lol.Got in and was seated pretty quick. Ordered LIZZIE'S SMOKEHOUSE BURGER (Pork, Brisket, Pepper jack Cheese, Fried Onions, Lizzie's sauce & BBQ sauce.) Comes with a basket of fries and it definitely hit the spot.Until next time!

A friend and I decided to have a last minute late lunch so we started driving down 192 since there's always so many great options. We wanted to try something we haven't had before, then we saw BBQ and stopped here at Lizzie's. The services was extremely slow but friendly. There were only a handful of other parties seated, and when we looked around to see if a waiter would come to check on us, it seemed that everyone else was doing the same. Eventually the manager came around to let us know our waiter would be helping us soon. The wait for our food was painfully long, but at least our waiter was attentive to refill our waters twice times. The menu seemed pretty limited for a bbq place in my opinion. My friend decided to get the brisket plate with a side of Mac and cheese and sweet potato casserole (both are premium sides that are an addition $1 each) and I got the pulled pork plate with a side of green beans and Mac and cheese. The food overall was very...... ok. Wasn't the worst but definitely wasn't the best. Our experience wasn't bad, but it wasn't good enough that I would go out of my way to come back. Also if you choose to dine here, be aware that they charge an extra "Sunset Walk Fee" to your bill.
