I ordered the catch of the day meal to take outside while watching a band play at Sawgrass Grove. I'm giving four stars because the bulghar was pretty salty but other than that, it was great and they were really nice. I'd go back again and order it again. The swordfish filet was super good and the couscous was delightful.

Actually never got the food after waiting one half hour. The beeper went off at about seven minutes (which matched the estimated time they gave me) but after literally standing with the beeper blaring for over 5 minutes the guy finally came over, looked at my number, reset the beeper and said it would be 5-10 minutes. I waited an additional 20 minutes, beeper never alarmed and I went back to check on my order. They had STILL not started the order and it was due to disorganization as they were only moderately busy. Won't be back. Surely they could do better! I hope you have better luck if you give them a try but I wouldn't recommend it...

I can't say I wasn't warned. "The tacos are served cold." She was right. Blaaa! Just horrible. I chocked it down since the fish tacos cost so much. Never again. I was hoping for a satisfying meal but I should have gone elsewhere. I love tacos of all kinds but this was on a level of its own. Sorry to be so negative but I really didn't like the food. Love the location and friendly counter people.

Decent food. The fresh lobster rolls did taste fresh... just wanted more lobster in them. A bit pricey at $28. Because they were so small I also needed to order a salad to accompany it. The chopped salad ($9) was also fresh. I personally would have preferred some cheese and another dressing option, but it was fine. The order was up in 10 minutes and the service was friendly. There are very limited food options at Sawgrass Grove, this spot is a decent choice. I left satisfied, not really impressed but satisfied.

Apparently this rating system will not let you give less than one star. My opinion is that this restaurant should get zero stars. Food was terrible and took forever to prepare. $28 and change for two half assed flavorless fish tacos and a Styrofoam container of watered down over salted potato soup that they tried to pass off his clam chowder . The small Coke was $4.58 but they said that there were free refilIs!!! Oh Joy!!! I hope they enjoy spending my money because I'm pretty sure they will be out of business in a month. don't get me wrong, I'm not bitter, Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me. I am just hoping that someone will read this review before dropping $.10 in this place....

Stopped by for their Fish and Chips, and also their special which was Salmon. Both were excellent! Tasted great, and also a generous portion. It's our second time there, and definitely will be back.

This small seafood restaurant is inside Sawgrass Grove, the newest "town center" in The villages Florida, I think Sawgrass opened in July 2022. There are several small restaurants inside the main building, including Little Fin Seafood Shack. I believe the Little Fin opened in August. We had heard a lot about Sawgrass Grove, all good, and wanted to see what the fuss was about. There are several places to dine within Sawgrass Grove's main building - we decided to try Little Fin since we love seafood. Our test order when we try a new seafood place is either fish and chips or fried calamari. It's really hard to screw up these two dishes. But Little Fin was able to find a way to do that. We ordered the fried calamari. It was listed on the menu as "crispy"; we found it crumbly, not crispy. The coating had an odd taste (not a good odd taste) and seemed to leave an unpleasant aftertaste. The squid was not firm and sliced so thin that it was almost undetectable. It was served with a small plastic cup of marinara sauce which tasted fine but was was not nearly large enough to use as a dip for the order. If we go back to Sawgrass and decide to give this new restaurant another go, we will select the fish & chips. If that is as bad as the calamari was, we're done.
