I have been here several times, for both breakfast and lunch. I have found it to be a mixed bag, both in service and quality of food. My most recent visit was good, I came with friends for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The place was about a third full, we sat and were quickly given menus. We ordered coffee, and then our meals. While our waitress was good, the kitchen took a good 30 minutes to get simple breakfast out- but having said that, once it came out, it was delicious. I had Corned Beef Hash & Eggs, with grits and a side of Biscuits and Gravy, however, I could tell the biscuits had been microwaved a little too long. The Corned Beef Hash was perfect, crispy on the outside. I can recommend Lisa's for breakfast, as long as you're not in a rush...

Came here for breakfast/brunch with the family, it's exactly what a good county kitchen should be, focus on food. Simply easy to provide and heavy on the insides. Had the biscuits and gravy, solid staple with good home style fried eggs, salt and pepper to your liking and it's a solid don't need to eat again till Wednesday kinda meal. Kids got other country staples thick salted ham pan fried, oatmeal, has browns and toast all just what it should be. Greasy spoon diner with no frills and good food.

This was an interesting little dive. It's in a strip mall with a latino meat market. It was vary home style when you walk in, and we were seated quickly. The place was packed for breakfast and the people looked hungry. So we ordered but the waitress told us all the fresh fruit was gone We were a bit dissapointed, but I just got eggs and toast. It was done right. But the jelly only came in packets. And I the butter was already on my bread. My son had a Belgium waffle, but they must not have many irons because all the waffles our tabled ordered came out at different times. My son got strawberry topping, but it was that gooey stuff from a can. Eh. Oh well, I would probably not return here. I like a few more choices in breakfast. They did have an extensive menu of choices and clean bathrooms.

I have had breakfast here three times and every time it was great. Two times I got it to go. Food was hot and fresh. Staff are very nice. It's an older restaurant but it has been good every time. I like supporting these small local places when I can. I would recommend you try it at least once!!

I originally started on my way to El Paso Meat Market for some nostalgic mexican food. But as I pulled into the parking lot and saw how crowded it was, shouldn't surprise me that the dinning room was packed with La Raza (my people) and no one was wearing a mask. Luckily for me, next door is Lisa's Kountry Cafe! Only a few tables were taken and then place can hold about 20 tables. You know when you order hot vegetable soup and it is served really hot? Add a little lemon and hot sauce and jut like My Mamà used to make. I went vegetaran: Collared greens, Buttered Corn and Cole Slaw. Good day to start my diet. Collared Greens are an acquired taste but we Mexicans have something similar: QUELITESThe Greens were what I expected, well cooked and sans bacon. Both the Cole Slaw and the Buttered Corn were more than acceptable.Service was prompt and courteous. Did I mention that the owners are Korean and so is the cook? The menu is typical American Fare and a good value. I overheard another guest order LIVER NAD ONIONS. Some other day!
