Liberty Tree Tavern

(Dec 2024)Before our most recent visit to the Magic Kingdom, we made a reservation for Liberty Tree Tavern for today (Monday December 16). Sometime yesterday, we thought we'd came up with a better idea for lunch, so we canceled our reservation. However, after walking by the restaurant, I really wanted to have lunch here, so we did (via a last minute reservation)!This place really feeds you, and feeds you well! Between my wife and I, we loved the pot roast, salad, and rolls the best. We also liked the stuffing, green beans, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, and the ooey gooey toffee cake. In addition, only I liked the turkey and the pork. The only item neither of us liked was the macaroni and cheese.Anyway, there's just something about having a meal inside the Magic Kingdom that beats having a meal inside one of the Disney hotels.

I had dinner here at Liberty Tree Tavern earlier this week after having made reservations several weeks ago. This place is so popular making a reservation well in advance to your MK visit is a must.The menu here is very simple. For a fixed price you get a salad, entree and dessert along with a non alcoholic drink for $44/adult. They do offer alcoholic beverages for an extra cost along with the night of my visit of peel n eat shrimp for an extra fee too.The Declaration salad came out first and was surprisingly good. It consisted of mixed greens and had sliced apples, cranberries and cheese with a house dressing that was altogether delicious. This was a very good start. Also the table was brought a basket of very good bread rolls too.Next the entree arrived and it's basically an all you can eat affair. On the plate was sliced turkey, pot roast, roasted pork with mashed potatoes, decanter of brown gravy, veggies, herb dressing and a separate bowl of mac n cheese. Everything was very good especially the turkey, pot roast, mashed potatoes with gravy and the mac n cheese in my opinion. Finally to cap the meal off was a large individual serving of the Oooey Gooey Toffee cake and yes it was as good as it sounds. The toffee cake, chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream ruined whatever diet I was trying to start but it was sooo good! Finally Ben took great care of the table.This meal was very good in all aspects and I highly recommend any MK visitor to dine here for lunch or dinner. Just don't expect to walk up and be accepted. Plan this meal well in advance.

Delicious! Family styled Thanksgiving dinner at its best. I love the toss salad and the different shared protein. The sides were also great and service/staff were fast. For dessert, The toffee cake was good but the bread pudding from O'hana still will be my #1

You gotta love that there are people willing to dress up in period garb to make your meal more enjoyable. The Liberty Tree Tavern brings you back into times of Early America think late 1700s-Early 1800s Stone and wood walls and floors with beam ceilings. We Checked in 25 minutes early for our 6:25 reservations and waited to be notified it was nice to sit and relax. We were notified our table was ready on time.Greeted by our Server Mouana and she let us know what our meal plan covered! FYI Meal plans don't Cover tips so be prepared. The Liberty Tree serves meals family style and the menu is set and it's all you care to enjoy.

Our favorite dinner spot in Magic Kingdom. Family style meal that consists of: turkey, pot roast, pork loin, mashed potatoes, stuffing, Mac-n-cheese, green beans, rolls, salad (the best), and dessert. The service is great! They will keep bringing out food refills if you ask. Love the atmosphere, its colonial era.

My family and I enjoyed our lunch at LTT. Inspired by American Thanksgiving dinner, Liberty Tree Tavern offers coma-inducing fare--just like celebrating Thanksgiving dinner with the family at your mom's house. I just need a couch to take a nap after.For those dining in groups, Liberty Tree Tavern is a great option. The restaurant offers a family-style dining experience where everyone can share and enjoy the set menu. Moreover, it's all-you-can-eat, ensuring no one leaves the table hungry. My favorite items are the roasted turkey and pot roast. The Bill of Fare also includes oven-roasted pork, mixed greens salad, mac 'n cheese, mashed potato & gravy, seasonal veggies, herbed stuffing, desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages are available but for an extra charge.Ending the meal with the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake is top-tear! Save room for dessert! Plant-based menu options are also available upon request.The staff and our main server were excellent. They were friendly and attentive throughout our whole meal. The dining space is homey and vintage, with dark-aged wood furniture and matching decor on the walls. It's a relaxing vibe for the most part, but it does get a little noisy when it's a packed house.

I didn't love the food here. My favorite things were the bread and the toffey cake. You do get a decent amount of food for the price.

We visited Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner when we were at Mickey's Christmas Party in December 2024. The ALL YOU CARE TO ENJOY menu at Liberty Tree Tavern may be very basic comfort food but it is done AMAZINGLY well! First of all, the Declaration salad is absolutely delicious as is the dressing. I could have just sat there and filled up on the salad & been perfectly happy. The warm rolls complimented the salad perfectly. We got the non-alcoholic Tavern Punch (Dole whip lemon & Sprite) which was fruity, fizzy and tasted great. The Patriots Platter included roasted turkey, pork, and pot roast with this delicious little cup of house made cranberry sauce. All the meats were tender and very flavorful. Our seasonal vegetables were delicious mashed potatoes & green beans. The stuffing and gravy were incredibly yummy as well! The mac and cheese is good but very basic, which is a benefit if you've got a picky eater in the group. We did have to add some salt and pepper to it. Then, just as you think you can't eat another bite, the waitress brings you this incredible Ooey Gooey Toffee cake! Yes we ate it all and I'm surprised we were able to get up and walk out of the restaurant! We ate SO much food! Our server was great and the atmosphere is a quaint pub-style with a huge fire place in the foyer. I definitely recommend making reservations as LTT is often booked. Enjoy!

The food (especially the pot roast), service (server was James), & the Colonial ambience were all very good! Highly recommend.
