This is my 3rd week coming here before my grandson's tee-ball practice. I come here to get my crispy pork (chicharrón) and munch on while I watch his practice. Services is fast and polite. The ambiance is very relaxed, at least at this time of day. Their food is delicious. Corner of Dean Rd and E Colonial Dr.

All Orlando/Alafaya locals know what Lechonera is. This is an excellent place to get delicious food for a low price. It's always a huge portion, it always tastes sooooo good like a home cooked meal, and the staff is always so nice and accommodating. I would say if you go at a busy time (i.e. lunch or dinner time) be prepared for some kind of line (even though it moves fast), but that just shows you what a staple Lechonera is in the Hispanic food world of Orlando/UCF area. There's definitely similar Dominican spots out there further into the city, but from my experience, no one makes it as quick, easy, delicious, and cheap as Lechonera does. Like I said, a staple to locals!!

On my way to hang with a few friends, and decided to grab some food. So I went ahead and stopped the misplaced after passing by a few times, but never ever knew that I wouldn't be going inside. So I went inside, and I realized that the food was assembly line with the fact that some of this restaurant food was about to go to waste because they were just about closing in a few minutes. So I just put in my order told him what I wanted, grab the food and then the price wasn't bad and I can't lie. The food is pretty good as well. I'm not sure if I would've certainly come back because it's not on my side of town, but I will say that it's worth it if I'm looking for a solid quality plate of food.

Lots of selection of latin food. Reminds me of Blue Sky food by the pound in Miami. Hard to choose what to order. They have desserts too. Dine in or takeout like we did. Reasonable priced for the amount of food you get. Good value.

A big Five Stars for this tasty authentic Puerto Rican restaurant located in Orlando, FL. This is our go to for delicious food. They have everything you can think of and more. I think I've tried everything here, but my favorites are the pork chops, arroz gondolas, pastel en hoja, yuka, potato salad, chicharon, etc. Everything is so good!If you can't find it here, you're not gonna find it! The servings are big as well. I can typically eat at least twice from one order. The service is quick and friendly. The restaurant always seems clean and inviting. This is a must try while in Orlando!

First time here. Very clean restaurant and friendly folks. The food was solid and delicious; also great portions! Good Alcapurrias (we liked the Guineo more than the Yuca). The Combo of Fried Rice with roasted Pork and Mangú was huge and very tasty without being greasy. Also the Combo of Arroz con Longaniza, Mangú and Cuajito was spectacular. Great flavors and one of best Cuajitos. We also love the ensalada de Pulpo and ensalada de Mariscos. What a great place! People of all nationalities and races buying food there ... We will be back!

Taste: 5/5Value: 5/5Ambiance: 4/5Lechonera is my all-time favorite hispanic dining establishment. The food can't be beat, it's so delicious and the portion sizes are very generous. I've probably gone 20+ times and have loved the food every time. It's also one of the few restaurants left that doesn't make you feel like you're breaking the bank; we're always surprised by how much we get at such a low cost. It looks like they recently remodeled and have a decent amount of seats to dine-in, but personally I always take it to-go. I cannot praise this place enough, it's a must-try if you're in the area!

It has everything and I mean everything. You can get your fix of whatever Latin food you're craving. Lechón, Masita, ropa, vieja, cama, carne asada, frijoles, arroz, empanadas, chicharrones, pescado, albóndigas, sopitas, batidos, definitely always a place to stop when we're in Orlando the service was quick they keep the line moving and food was hot. The atmosphere Is your typical Hispanic cafeteria?

Ordered take out and I was excited to eat a tostone and of course black beans and rice. The beans were good but the roast chicken was dry and plain with no flavor. The tostones were not fresh. They were hard and taste less. I did get take out so not sure if they just didn't hold up on the transport. But I was not far from the place for too much time to elapse. I didn't try the plantains but they looked good.
