Whether or not Rainlforest is busy, stop by Lava Lounge. There is a full menu and bar available. The outdoor seating and atmosphere is splendid on a warm day to soak up the sum and libations. Enjoy!

I wouldn't waste my $ if I could The pork chops were horrible and the ribs were toughAlso the service is terrible. Don't go here Yes it's pretty by the water but that's all!

We came here to grab drinks and appetizers before doing some shopping but to get seated there was so much dysfunction from the staff. When we asked for a table we were told to wait 5-10 min for them to clear the table then the waiter completely forgot us and then we got asked like 3-5 times by other staff if we were waiting and we kept saying yes but kept getting ignored. When finally one of the bartender got us a table. When we finally got our order in and got our food the quality of it all was so bad and truly was not worth the wait or money. Avoid this place!

For Disney to have some kind of secret area in Disney Springs is actually pretty cool.Its very quiet and away from everything. Best part is you are right on the water and if you have a spot for the 9p fireworks, its worth it. Its a part of the Rainforst Cafe but it's the outside space so it's the same food and drinks except more quiet and you can people watch.Bartenders were very nice and helpful but it really didnt matter because you're enjoying area.I would come back fuuuuuuur sherrrr.

Great place to stop and get a drink really quick at the bar outside. They typically have seats but not at the tables around. Make a reservation for inside because it's typically very busy. Some of their apps are pretty good. They are just typical bar food. The nachos are decent. It does have an amazing view of Disney springs while you are sitting outside. Not my favorite but worth a quick stop for an app if you can't get in anywhere else.

A-OK. There are pros and cons to this bar location. Pros are that it's pretty well hidden so it's nowhere near as crowded as other areas in Springs. They also have a great water view from any of the seating areas which is super nice. Staff is also very nice and quick to get drinks out. They were super nice to our little and even grabbed a kids menu pack with crayons for her despite us only getting drinks. Cons are that it's fully outdoors, so much of the summer it really is hard to sit out here. I genuinely feel bad for the bar staff that has to stand behind the bar and work the drinks and food in the heat. The drinks are of course in fridges, but other than that it's just hot out there. The other con is that since it's outside and kinda tucked away ordering food to arrive out here can take some extra time. It's not a huge deal, just something to know if you have any kind of time crunch. Overall: BPros and Cons, but if you come when it's not 100 degrees outside it's a solid bar with a view at Springs!!

My husband and I stumbled on the place on a date night in Disney springs. We waited a few minutes to be seated, if felt very private and exclusive. Majority of the tables are on the waterside and it gives such a beautiful view, even at night. We JUST missed the fireworks but I'm sure it's the perfect view of them. I ordered a Pinot Grigio $8 and my husband got the Strawberry Mojito $16For dinner I got the Rasta Pasta. It was hot and the chicken was cooked very well. The broccoli seemed like it was frozen so it was tough to eat. It reminded me of the frozen steamer bags you can get from the store. I was hungry and it did the trick so no complaints here. The service was a little slow but there were two only servers outside they also covered the bar, and it was busy. Overall it was a great experience and I will be back for sure

Cocktails are phenomenal and the view cannot be beat!! Such attentive service and also a great place to chill.

Food and drinks were good. Service was Excellent! Jordan and Allison provided an entertaining experience while making sure we received everything we needed.

I think the host discriminated against us, a Latino family. I usually hate saying things like that, but I genuinely cannot come up with another explanation on why he acted like this. We go to Disney Springs at least once per year, and during each of those visits we come here to get sodas and dessert. This last visit is going to officially be our last ever.We come in and ask the host of the lounge for a table for 3. The host says that he cannot seat us. We ask why, and he a bit aggressively repeats that he cannot seat us without any explanation. There wasn't any line for the lounge or for the inside restaurant, so it wasn't like the place was busy or anything and there weren't any signs saying there was a private event going on or something. We even tell him that we will just order drinks, and he refuses. As we didn't get an explanation, we went inside and spoke to the nice hostess there to see if she could explain what was going on. When we tell her that they rejected us, she looked super confused, and said that there were no issues at all, and we should be sat. She told us to try it again with the other host cause there are seats available, and unfortunately she could not seat us there herself (turns out, there were only two small families there eating, so the lounge was incredibly empty).We come back and before we can say anything, the host gets mad at us for speaking to the other hostess. He says something the along the lines of "I can't believe you went to someone else" and when we told him it was because he offered no explanation, he rolled his eyes and grabbed a bunch of menus and told us to follow him. We follow and he seats us in a table right near the bar and back stairs. We asked him if we could move to the table right next to it because it had better shade, he told us he could not do that because it is a fire hazard to sit anyone there. A FIRE HAZARD. This table is right next to ours, houses the same amount of seats, and we can't sit there because of a fire hazard? If it's a hazard, then why have that table there at all? Keep in mind, we did not have anything that required extra room like a wheelchair, or crutches, or anything like that. Plus, there are a ton of pictures online of people sitting in the exact same table. so if it is a hazard, then they are putting multiple families at risk all the time, which is not OK. And if it isn't a hazard (which there is no reason for it to be, there is a ton of room there), then he is lying and that is also not OK.We decide not to argue it and sit at the table given. Our waitress comes out and is super nice and amazing. We all put in drink orders and wait. It takes a while before we get our drinks (about 10-15 minutes), but none of us minded as we just chatted amongst ourselves. The host, on the other hand, minded it very much as he storms over to us and goes "I thought you were only going to order drinks." We tell him we did just order drinks and that they just haven't arrived yet. Then he says that the table we are at is also a fire hazard and we need to leave ASAP, so we cannot order anything besides drinks. Again, if that were true, he should not have sat us there at all, nor should there be a table there. And if he said to us before that this table is also a fire hazard, he would've never sat there to begin with. Before we can even question him on this, the waitress comes out with our drinks. He stands there the entire time the waitress gives us our drinks and we tell her that we don't want to hold up anyone's time further, and would like the check now. When he hears we are getting the check, he leaves us alone.While we don't pay the check right away (we waited until all of our drinks were done), none of us got any refills because of the host. We just finished our drinks and left, took maybe 30 minutes total. When we left, the host thankfully did not say anything to us. Horrible experience, and will not be coming back.
