LaTapatia Meat Market and Store

New to the area, and was looking for a place to find my mexican food ingredients for cooking. This little place has it all. Also had an eat in kitchen for dining in the back, but we were between meals and not hungry at the time, but will certainly check it out. Bought my chilis, spices and all the good stuff I needed to make dinner for friends this evening, they said it was the best mexican dinner they had since moving to FL. When you can find the right ingredients, it is easy. Will be my go to spot for all kinds of spices and chilis for sure.

Stopped in for tacos. This place is amazing! Fair price, good meat and full tacos. ¡Muy authentico!

3 stars just because they were open. Corn tortillas were sold by the hundreds in the fridge so didn't look fresh. So I bought masa and a corn tortilla press. Press looked like cheap metal spray painted silver. Hope it is safe to use over time. Restaurant had tamales for sale at 9 am. Tempted to buy but looked like they were heated on high for quite a while or even from the night before. Wouldn't want to eat here.

If you do nothing else - get the Pastor pork from the meat case. It's authentic, spiced right, and delicious. Nice folks. Good products, priced right.

Yummy!! Seen no reviews so thought I would check it out. Little mom and pops in the back of a Mexican grocery. Good is delicious. And service was very prompt and welcoming. Street tacos and burritos are amazing. Will be back
