Las Brisas

The food is excellent i look forward to Sundays, they have the best Sancocho in town!!! really 2nd to none. I pretty much like everything at that restaurant the desserts are amazing for me the best Colombian food in town and I go to many Colombian restaurants. I not only go there to eat but many times order to go and I believe what really makes that place so successful is the staff managed by Michelle who is the manager. She is truly on top of everything, she is so dedicated, going from table to table to make sure all is well, Michelle is so pleasant and truly 100% customer service.I truly recommend this restaurant as excellent food and desserts very clean, reasonable prices but overall Michelle's customer service.

The food is good, service was also good the many times I been here.What my problem is about their misleading practices when it comes to their gratuity.Gratuity is added on the bill, between 15% to 18%. Why is it added? It should be a service that a customer should decided if the service is worthy of 15% or 18%. Is included weather is 3 people or more. I was not aware of this practice till I was doing on line banking and noticed they had charge me 97.00 verses 90.00 that was the bill.When I go to talk to them about it the waitress was explaining to me that it was the additional tip I left....additional tip why would I do that!?After paying a 15% tip and she knows this b/c is already included in the bill but mind you how would I know that I was not given my bill yet. The waitress comes over with her little machine for me to pay and it's got several options 3%, 5% or 8% apparently I gave them an additional tip b/c I didn't read the fine print. Is totally misleading to say the lease...No I won't be going back ever and I will make it a point to tell everyone I meet about their misleading practices.

Carne empanadas are amazing. The true star to me is the hot sauce! I'm obsessed. Seriously, I would buy this stuff by the gallon. Hot sauce lovers, do yourself a favor and GO!

Excellent Colombian Food and moderately priced. The food is authentic and it caters to locals. I visit this spot every time I am in Orlando.
