Wow! This place is a hidden gem. We usually order sandwiches and chicken poppers from Publix when we're planning parties but thought we'd try something different this time. We stopped by here and Junior helped us pull together an order for our party of 24. We ordered the chicken quarters, halved, their specialty rice and beans and a sheet pan of their shredded pork. This food was amazing! I don't think we'll ever order party sandwiches again. Everyone devoured it and it was hot and fresh when we picked it up. The price was about the same as what we'd spend on a few party trays at Publix and we had plenty left over. I highly recommend stopping by and checking this place out. They also have grocery items, and a hot lunch area where people line up for empanadas and other specialty food. And, there's a butcher in the back for any special requests. It's an amazing find!

We ordered arroz con gandules and roasted chicken quarters (which they split the thighs and drums) The rice was so flavorful, everyone at the party kept asking where this was from. Chicken was moist yet falling off the bone. Flavor on point and ease of ordering and paying over the phone was great so I could have my family pick up the food for me. We will be ordering from here from now on

This has got to be the very best Puerto Rican food anywhere. My wife and I found this place by accident and we're immediately impressed with the courteous staff, the great fresh aroma and the low prices. The number of take outs at noon was very large as I witnessed it from my car as I would be eating their food.Loved the pernil, pork chops, rice and everything that they have. Just close your eyes and get whatever and you will definitely not be disappointed. Lots of parking.

Definitely great food. I've been to this place a few times. It's definitely one of my favorites by far. My husband always buys from here and groceries very good quality good prices as well. I'm always recommending this place to my family and friends. Telling them to give it a try they won't be let down and will love it. The people who work here are nice and friendly and respectful and I love the ambience.

Great hot buffet of food for takeout!! Fresh, hot, great looking and delicious!!! We purchased the whole chicken dinner. The chicken was very tasty and moist!!! We ordered the rice with pigeon peas ( condules ) . Red beans vegetarian style were very good!!! Servers were very friendly with smiles. My Physical Therapist sent us to Las Americas. His family has eaten here for a long time. Thanks for the recommendation!!! Keep up the great food!!! Gracias!!!!

Haven't been to Las Americas and I stopped in to grab some rice and beans on my way home yesterday! Authentic Puerto Rican food (or possibly other Latin-Caribbean) for cheap! I don't eat much meat so I just got me some arroz con gandules (yellow rice with pigeon peas) and habichuelas guisadas (stewed beans). Be prepared to possibly be ordering from someone who doesn't speak much English...like I said, authentic. Pollo guisada (stewed chicken) is also bomb there from what I can remember. It's also a small grocery store! Definitely check it out if you're in the area.

Good hot Latin food to eat right away! They are constantly changing out and bringing in new fresh food from the kitchen. Great for catering, as well. All moderately priced. It's always great to come here and experience a good and friendly bodega with the same owners and kitchen crew. They sell everything from all kinds of Latin & Caribbean groceries to refreshments, fresh avocados and plantains to typical over-the-counter meds and ointments that you'd find in your abuela's cabinets. New to visit this friendly environment for their groceries, hot food and music.
