I ordered Theaterkritiker wrap and it tasted very delicious. The fries were excellent as well. Our wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The meal filled me up most if the day which was a good thing because the restaurant is pricey.

Stayed at the hotel, and the lunch menu is mediocre and sad. All dry and crappy food. How am hotel have a menu like this?! We ate and the food was very bland, soggy, the waiter messed up our order. It was very simple order, and asked us like 3 time and still got the order wrong. Very mediocre.

We ate here last night since we are staying at the Hyatt property. We sat at the bar - and the bartender - Sandra - was amazing! We made it during happy hour ($3 domestic beer, $5 wine, $7 well drinks). We ordered beers and Sandra highly recommended the sushi (and the sushi bar is across from the main bar and you can see the two chefs preparing the sushi). We ordered edamame, the sashimi appetizer, spicy tuna roll, rainbow roll and spicy Kagoshima roll. The edamame was good and came with plenty of large flaky salt on it. The sashimi was surprising - it was fairly large/thick cuts of fish which were all extremely fresh and beautifully vibrant. On to the rolls - the rainbow roll was delicious - and the crab-mix inside tasted like it was made fresh. The fish on top was also very fresh and beautiful. The Kagoshima roll is a spicy tuna (nice large bits of tuna) with yellowtail and jalapeño on top. It wasn't super spicy (just a little bit of spice) but was really good. For dessert we went with the chocolate turtle molten Bundt cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream - it was warm, decadent and absolutely delicious with the ice cream. For a hotel restaurant/bar - we were very happy with the service and the menu!
