I have been there twice. The first time the food was fair at best. Overpriced but we made the best of it as it was a rare date night for my husband and I. The server seemed new. He was nice but appeared to need more training to be up to par for the price point. The decor was nice inside but the location does not give a good first impression and cheapens the experience. It is located in an older shopping plaza and is unkept. I think they are trying for a speakeasy vibe but it isn't being pulled off. The second time we went, we made a reservation to listen to their live music with some appetizers and a cocktail. It was spontaneous as we found ourselves child-free for the night at the last minute. Upon arrival we were told that 'we have a dress code and shorts are not allowed.' Mind you, the dress code says 'no gym shorts' and we didn't have on gym shorts or athletic wear. We weren't dressed up but were wearing decent outfits and nice shoes (no sandals of any kind). Needless to say, there will not be a third visit. Do not recommend.

My boyfriend and I have celebrated every Valentine's Day for the past 6 years at a different restaurant but after a coworker suggested this spot to me we decided to try it out this year. I'm not going to lie, after I started looking at their reviews I was super nervous especially because we'd be trying them out for the first time on a holiday but I still gave them a shot and I'm so glad I did. The service was incredible, from the host, to our waiter, the food and drink runners, bussers, everyone was truly such a delight and all made it a point to have a mini chat with us and ask us if we needed anything. The service was quick and seamless and the food and drinks were delicious. My boyfriend got the prime rib and I got the chicken parm and we were both extremely happy with our choices. I hope that if you're reading this and debating whether or not to give them a try, you do. We had a wonderful night and will gladly be back in the future. Thank you Lake Mary Social for a memorable Valentine's Day

This is an interesting place. To be honest, I almost drove right passed it when I turned into the strip mall as it's next to Chamberlin. But there is a cute neon sign that's lit and says "yes this is the place". Pretty funny. So first things first: the location is weird. However the atmosphere and decor inside is very well done. You open the door and are immediately greeted by the host/hostess. It's dark and moody. You turn to the right and suddenly you are in a very swanky environment. You forget where you parked in no time. The drinks: bottle of Tapestry, bees knees with tequila since they ran out of gin. They also ran out of St. Germaine liquor son only two rounds of putting on the fits, the fireside cinnamon sip, an old fashion and a espresso martini. They were all deliciously hand crafted and made to order.. The food: we were a group of 6 ladies and we ordered the Georgia peach salad, the tomato bisque (soup of the day) homemade bread (supposed to be focaccia but was actually French bread), salmon, cheese wheel pasta with shrimp, lobster linguine (I believe), filet and the cheese wheel with filet. For dessert: some molten chocolate (which burned my finger to no one's fault by my own as they did warn me) and the apple pie.The standouts: Georgia peach salad and tomato bisque, salmon & the cheese wheel pasta. As well as both desserts.Additional note: the service was great. The attention to detail to accommodate our coats and purses was thoughtfulThe cons: who charges $3 for a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese ? The chef is Italian and didn't think that the lobster one should have cheese on it. That's strange. Was it worth the hefty price tag - probably not Would I go again? Maybe for their happy hour but probably not for dinner.

Waitress tried her best. Very disappointed in quality and timeliness of our food and drinks. Other than that, the place was laid out nicely inside. I really want to give this place another try but $200 later... Is it worth it?...

We visited during Magical Dining Month. We were told that everyone in our party must order from the Magical Dining menu if one person decides to.... It was "all or nothing" as it concerned the members of our party. That was quite an unexpected, restrictive surprise! The entry area is quite small. There's enough room for only a few people at a time to enter. Luckily, there was no wait since we arrived at opening time (4:30pm) and we had a reservation. There was only one other party in the restaurant when we were first seated. Unfortunately, we were told that one of the entrées and one of the desserts on the Magical Dining Menu were unavailable. I was quite disappointed, especially since they just opened for the day. I was told that the shortage was due to an unexpected volume on the previous few nights. The service was excellent! Our party was made to feel like special guests by the attentive and knowledgeable server. Everyone was so friendly. The bartender hand-crafted special, delicious, refreshing mocktails! The pastry chef created a special version of a dessert due to hubby's nut allergy! And a variety of marinated olives are served as an amuse-bouche! The ambiance was quite attractive and a bit eclectic with touches of crystal, gold, glass, leather, marble, red velvet ropes, white table cloths. Everyone in our party felt that the food was absolutely AMAZING. My scallops were cooked perfectly. The bison Lasagna was scrumptious! Our appetizers were fresh and flavorful with a variety of textures. I truly feel like thought and intentionality were put into each dish's taste and presentation. That's awesome! The serving of courses is paced, so don't expect to be rushed through your meal and go when you have patience to savor your dining experience. Despite the initial disappointments with the menu, we really enjoyed our magical dining journey and will visit again!

I went for a friends birthday celebration, and I had a great time. I loved the dim lighting at the location and classy ambiance. The waiter was very attentive to all of our needs . I ate the "An envelope from Buffalo" and it was absolutely delicious, not to spicy and the chicken was cooked beautifully. The prices were reasonable, just wish the entree came with a bit more food. The check comes in a book which I thought was very interesting, yet memorable. Lovely location for a small gathering or a dinner date.

We entered through an oversized door that made that gave you speakeasy vibes. We had a 12 reservation to the their brunch menu but upon entering we could see that was not needed. We were greeted by our server and the manager. The restaurant is beautiful and transports you to the time of the Great Gatsby. Our server Hailea, walked us through the menu and the bottomless mimosa. We signed up for that! We ordered the Benni LMS (Lake Mary Social), Steak & Eggs and Tres Leches French Toast to share. Oh my goodness!! None of our dishes disappointed. They were absolutely delicious!! We finished every single bite of our dishes! We were enjoying our time and thought we were going to close the restaurant down but another couple entered with 30 mins left. While we waited the manager came by and checked in on us. Had a nice chat with him and informed us of the events that happen at the restaurant. Me and my husband were having a great time and the restaurant was on spot! When Hailea dropped the check that's when it took a turn. First we were charged 3 bottomless mimosas but it was just me and my husband. Then there was an auto grat added for just a party of 2. A party of 2. I could understand if we had a big party which I've seen before and understand, since I come from the hospitality business but it was just us two. That kind of left a bad taste in our mouths and changed the mood for the meal. Besides that last part, everything was great.

I ordered the Bucatini cacio e pepe and stuffed meatballs and it was a great pair!! Both dishes complimented each other. Our server was fantastic and provided thorough answers to our questions about the menu. The Ambiance and restaurant aesthetic were my favorite parts! My friends and I were raving about how this would be a perfect spot to have an event or a date night. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because they ended the night close to midnight (11:45 pm) by turning the music off. At the time their website says they close at 1:30 AM. We did ask for clarification on their business hours and they did verbally explain their hours vary based on customer demand. However , this information was not on their website. After they turned the music off it made it feel awkward and the ambiance wasn't the same. They did tell us we are free to stay a little longer but we decided to leave. I was really enjoying talking to my friends up until that happened and it cut our conversation short.

First time visiting. Visited on Valentine's Day. Party of 6 , early reservation, and at the time of my visit the restaurant was not packed or busy. Reviewed the menu prior day and when we got there, we were told the menu was selected only for that night which was fine. One of the items I ordered was a prime rib which was $54. The menu didn't disclose the size of the steak, nor does the restaurant have this type of steak as regular item on their menu. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium well and when It came out, it was cold and very thin looking. I asks the server to cook me a new steak because I wasn't satisfied with the temperature of my steak. The next steak that was brought to me wasn't cooked the way I asked (medium well). The steak was bloody and very thin, so I returned the steak and asked the server to remove it from my tab because I got very annoyed. I've uploaded the photo of the steak and for $54 I didn't think this was a prime rib nor was this even worth $54 to be on the menu. The rest of the party I was with really enjoyed their food, but we are all blinded sided by having a selected menu choice for the evening and we had mind set on what we wanted to eat before we got their. My first time experience at this place was not good for me because I had returned my food twice. The server we had didn't know much about the menu that night, and my appetizer plate was dirty when I first sat down.
