This food truck is on E Colonial Dr almost to Goldenrod Rd, right by the McDonalds. They have a variety of Spanish dishes (puerto rican food). There frappes are to die for. The staff is friendly and helpful. The ambiance is very relaxed and chill. Remember, this if a food truck. They have a sitting area and their own private parking. They open 11am to 11pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 10pm on Sundays.

The rundown: though an extensive food truck menu with mostly impressive presentation, unfortunately they came off as overpriced and average. They also use a serrated knife on foil to cut foil wrapped sandwiches so use caution.The review:After passing this location for years, seeing how busy it was but concerned about the unique parking situation ( it was a very small lot and seemed like people have trouble getting in/out) I finally decided to give them a go on a quieter evening. The truck itself was lively and colorful, to locate the menu you need to go to the back end to view it.The first impression was overwhelming - TONS of fancy dessert drink options, an extensive menu below. But no pricing - which is never a good sign. I went with the tripleta cuerda. It came out to ~$18 and I found after getting the receipt found they charge a $.50 "ATM" fee for anyone using credit cards.The sandwich itself took ~30 minutes to receive. They are definitely geared towards to go which I can understand due to the limited parking. During the time there is no seating. Watched as people came and went from the lot. There were some strange odors that came and went, and I was not certain where those were coming from and did not want to know.I got my food and left, when finally able to eat my biggest concern is that while the presentation was actually nice for to go, they used a serrated knife to cut the sandwich wrapped in foil in half. This meant there were little foil pieces around the edges of the sandwich and inside, which was disappointed and had me uncomfortable eating the sandwich in full. After removing the edges near the cut I was more comfortable eating and the sandwich itself was good, but definitely not worth the cost.Overall, the experience was disappointing. If I were to return it would be to try one of their drinks which looked interesting but I wouldn't go out of my way to do so.

Got a Cafe frappeLemon FresaChicharron de pollo with tostones rellenos Never again . Two pieces of chicken was raw inside , the lemon fresa was super sweet, the frappe was ok, and I'm trying to figure out how that was tostones rellenos.... It has nothing in them. All they did was place the chicken inside a dry tostones. No sauce given, nothing.

I usually don't like when restaurants don't have prices on the menu. It just seems shady. I attached the receipt so people get an idea of what the current pricing is. The food truck is very colorful and there was parking at the time. The Twix frappe was very good and it had a lot of toppings. The parcha lemonade was good but a bit too sweet. My tripleta was very tasty and the bread was very soft. My friend's chicken pincho lacked seasoning and there were some raw pieces which was a little bit scary. I probably need to try it again to make my mind.

Amazing chicken empanadas This place has been on my radar I'm happy to finally have came. Ordered pinchos de pollo and empanada de pizza too.

The best frappe you could ever have!! Excellent with kids and family location little complicated but really nice

I love this place, the drinks and the food are delicious. The only reason why I am taking a star off is because the line is super long and the wait for food is just as long. Expect to get here and wait, even when the lines isn't long, the food takes a while to come out! Otherwise, we always order a few frappes, I think the Nutella is by far the best, such a classic and sooo delicious. My parents usually order food on the side and it's authentic and delicious as well. I would say that I really just visit for the frappes, they are a good size and decently priced for everything that you get. You can definitely share one of these as they will definitely give you a sugar rush, lol. I'll be visiting again on a slow day!

Food is the bomb diggity mofongo stuffed with tripleta drizzle with potatoes sticks and cheese, and mayo ketchup. The service is good, and the ambiance is amazing. The tostones were supposed to have ajo sauce on them but didn't...

This was supposed to be a "tripleta" which was described with " Pollo , bacon , jamón , mayoketchup y cerdo" I got a chicken sandwich with ham . Not what I expected AT ALL, the papitas were outside instead inside on top of real French fries . I ordered a 10oz cup of mix mariscos which was supposed to have OCTUPUS, conch and shrimp .... What I received was 2 shrimps , 5-8 slices (small) of conch and No OCTUPUS and a lot of salad ...... I hope they take this reviews to grow as business ... I have no intentions to do bad with it... but, they need to improve.The Frappes were sooo good thank God !!!

I got the Mofongo Churrasco. The food tastes good. There are no prices on the menu. It's a bit expensive for a food truck with no seating. The meat amount is quite small for the price.
