Simply Amazing, must try !!! I had not idea what my family and I was walking into, but I'm so glad we did !!! We didn't speak the language and they didn't speak English but we worked it out together. This place has amazing food. We went on a Thursday evening and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant (2 other tables were full). We split a couple of things, and everything was amazing. We had way too much food but took it all for leftovers the next day. The portion sizes are great for the price and the food was hot and fresh. The chef also came out to check and see if we were enjoying our food. The waitress was kind and attentive. They had a stage that looked like a set up for live music, so maybe on the weekends they have a band. This place is great and I would definitely return.

Came here after my work's volunteer event and was not expecting a lot but thoroughly enjoyed the food!I personally ordered a mango margarita, a mixed plate, tequeños, and the chicharrón ceviche.While their drink menu was limited at the time, the drinks were made really well and were a very good portion. The juice they used for the mango tasted really nice. Overall I would call this "dangerously fun drink" as I could drink multiple at once and not realize how strong they are because they're that good!As far as the appetizers are concerned, the taqueños were very fresh and delicious with the avocado and creamy garlic sauce. Definitely a hit with the table. Same thing with the chicharrón ceviche! We weren't sure what we were expecting but the chicharrón was nice and crispy even with the sauce mixed in; the flavors made the appetizer feel light and not super overwhelming as an app.For the main dish, we all got different things from their burgers, arepas, cachapa, patacones, and their mixed plate. I will focus on my order which is the mix plate. I was getting really excited as I was seeing what the other tables are getting and boy did they not disappoint! The meat was cooked to my liking (medium rare) and the pork ribs were soooo tender! There was a plethora of options for side dishes and I personally got arepitas, rice, and plantains. There was so much good food for such a great price (I had leftovers and ended up with a very filling dinner).One heads up is that most of the staff does mainly speak Spanish as their main clients were Hispanic. We were able to get by as we knew basic Spanish and this was not an issue as they worked with us. It did throw us off in the beginning but honestly was a good experience and opportunity for us to test out our Spanish skills!Would definitely come back if I'm around the area!

We didn't know what to expect from the exterior, but wow this place is a must-visit. Authentic Venezuelan food, great service, and yes.. the menu is in Spanish. We especially enjoyed the flavor of the steak and each of the sauces.

A previous reviewer gave such a glowing review, my brother and I had to try it. As a Spanish speaker, I had no problem ordering or interacting with the staff. We both enjoyed our meals and interacting with the staff -- all of whom were Venezuela-born. The restaurant was closing near the time we were leaving, so there weren't many other guests, so it was a rather quiet atmosphere for our dining experience, but that also meant that the waitress was exceptionally attentive -- even going so far as to bring out the chef to meet us and talk to us about the Venezuelan culinary experience. I'm looking forward to coming back here the next time I'm in town!

Great food, great decor, great service!! 100% recommend For Venezuelan Carne en Vara, the cachapa con queso was amazing the cheese was super fresh. Something weird is that in the front they have a sign that says sushi ... very misleading. We visited in July as soon as we walked in Gaitas were playing in their background I said (Christmas in July) but after that only Joropo played the rest of the time. I for sure knew there was no sushi in that place but a taste of Venezuela. Amazing food!!

Delicious Venezuelan cuisine. Really enjoyed our visit here. The place is full of surprises. The building looks like it used to be something before it was a restaurant, plus their main signage wasn't lit. Luckily the OPEN sign was, so we didn't miss the second driveway. There's a sushi counter in the front; not sure when that is available, as no one was there, so we proceeded further back into a main dining area which also has a bar.We were greeted warmly by a waitress. There are several great choices on the menu. Keep in mind that it's all in Spanish. Apparently they know their clientele. Another Yelp review warned us knowing at least some Spanish was essential to enjoying your visit. This was good to know ahead of time. Fortunately, my brother is fluent. Our food was delicious. Good portion size. Very flavorful. Except for a language barrier, I believe this place would be much busier and with more ratings.

I couldn't understand why this place wasn't packed! As avid traveler and foodie hands down some of the best food I've had. Priced reasonably, big portions, waitress Leonetti made it a great experience, and a chill atmosphere. The ceviche was some of the best I've had and food required no additional salt pepper or anything. For me, not adding salt or any spicy condiments is definitely a compliment to the chef. Somebody's abuela is making it happen lol.
