My husband and I decided to go this place to check it out and dine-in. once the food was ready the lady from the register calls out my husband name to get the food from the counter instead of her bringing our food to our table. That for me was a no no because my husband payed in advance tips. I asked my husband for the receipt because I found the price to be high. One I looked at the receipt I saw they charge a 15% service fee. WHAT A SCAM! She never told my husband hey you dont have to give tip because they charge it in advanced this was nonsense to me. NEVER AGAIN COMING TO THIS PLACE.... Just because they have the sign in front of the register in small letter it does not mean they should not tell their customers. This was a rip off! The food was ok. The service was Therefore, BEWARE OF THE AUTOMATED 15% charge to your bill....

I would just like to say, The entire week we vacationed in Orlando we had breakfast here almost everyday. Everything is to die for! Especially the caramel coffee. I an a coffee lover and they made and make everything with so much love. I wish we had dinner here, definitely will be one of the first things we do when we return. The service is good! The waitresses are all very welcoming and do their jobs well! An absolute gem! I see many people complaining about the 15% yet this is normal in places such as New York City , so it didn't catch us by surprise really.

Super caro y no tan buena calidad.Ordené 2 empanadas y 1 toddy. Me cobraron 17$. Las empanadas súper pequeñas y no estaban recién hechas, parece que llevaban todo el día en la vitrina super mongas y secas. El precio es absurdo. En Estacion Zuliana por 3 empanadas MUCHO mas grande y recién hechas solo he pagado 12$

It's a good restaurant, Venezuelan food, people is nice, the restaurant is clean and they have a good Menu

I have been client of this restaurant for long time, and now I'm disappointed, I could said for street food is pricey, comparing with restaurants around, besides that they charge the 15% on all orders as a service fee, this is the kind of outrageous charge that have to be reported to all Consumers, the food is not the great around and the people behind the counter is not pleasant at all.People try to survive with the restaurant with abusive charges, is like the high taxation of IRS 15%, and also they show you the screen to give the tipExtremely badHe sido cliente de este sitio por mucha tiempo, y ahora estoy bien molesto por que para ser comida de calle, es caro en relación a la porción y restaurante al rededor, además te carga el 15% por cualquier compra que hacer esto es un abuso, las personas detrás del mostrador no son amables, más bien son sarcásticas en el hablar, nada agradable.Este es el tipo de locales que tratan de sobrevivir con cargos abusivos como ese 15% como si fueran el IRS además de eso te ponen la pantalla para que les des el típ que descaro!!!!

Avoid going to this place. they will overcharge you the prices and will ask for a %15 tip plus a %20 tip And they ask for a service fee they didn't serve our table we had to go up and get the food.

Too expensive for the quality of food. Ordered breakfast for one, a latte and 2 empanadas. I balked a little at the twenty-nine dollar charge but was still anxious to taste it. Arepas 5/10, cake-like with no taste but was fried perfectly. Eggs were 8/10 scrambled with onion and tomatoes. Beans 5/10. A bit sour on its own but would be good on rice. Latte 5/10 was not as strong as I would like but did have a good froth and was pleasant to sip on. It was an underwhelming breakfast that left me unsatisfied taste-wise. But...the food was fresh and cooked well but lacked taste. The restaurant is very clean with outdoor seating,and the server was pleasant. It's in a corner of a stripmall that you have to drive around to get to. You will not even know it's there unless you know about it.

tienen precios altos considerando la mala calidad de sus alimentos; de paso tienen un especie de scam ya que me incluyeron 15 % de propina; pregunté que si estaba incluida y me dijeron que por ende terminé dejando casi 40 por ciento de propina tienen un cartel que dice que incluyen servici pero cuando pregunté igual dijeron que no. eso y el hecho de que las máquinas ofrecen dejar propinas de 18 % para arriba terrible en todo sentido

Yo vine hace 3 años aquí y dije que no venía más hoy le di otra oportunidad y sigue igual de malo, me comí un pastelito que la masa no estaba buena , no sé si es el aceite que a lo mejor lo re-usan pero el aspecto, ni la textura eran buenos el relleno era de carne si sabía bien, también me comí un empanada Colombian de Carne tampoco estaba buena, pienso que tienen que cambiar de chef y hacer un esfuerzo en mejorar la comida! Tiene. Que aprender hacer pastelitos!
