La Casa De Los Chimis

I have never experienced something like this..EVER!After a night out we ended up here & regardless of the time, restaurants should be able to provide quality food. Please don't eat here, this place wants to send you to the hospital.

Owner was super confrontational once I came back with the extremely RAW chicken they served.Not one single apology or acceptance of fault. Totally unacceptable and disgusting.Contacting the health department first thing Monday morning, and making sure they'll be out of business or shut down until an inspection is passed...Something has to be done. This is a Dominican after hour spot. The food is good I love there Chimis and empanadas and also the yarao. And also they have Dominicans sodas which is amazing. It's literally a club im there and it's packed .

Had an amazing time here. Small spot. Good food good beverages... awesome company. Blaring Spanish music. Definitely the hangout spot for after club activities. Worth a checkout.

The worst mofongo I have ever had. It seems it was made early in the morning and refried when we ordered. Since when does "al ajillo" shrimp have cheese in it?? And when did mofongo require cheese in top??? By far the most disgusting. I gave 1 star because I am not able to give 0 stars. My food was $16 and I couldn't even stick my fork in the mofongo because of how hard it was

I love this place! They're open late and the food is just like how it is in DR. Authentic dominican food and the prices are cheap! I go here atleast once a week highly recommend.

Horrible place I came in as a customer once by chance and they were so disgusting the girl that was cooking picked up the food from the floor and put it on my plate coughing while cooking and not covering their mouth. But before that they don't even greet no one. Looking at people like they're better than anyone. And the whole place was empty all I saw was one employee and the rest of the other people where what it looked like was her friends just talking about inappropriate conversations. And being rude. What I could capture from their conversation that wasn't inappropriate "f*ck girl you been here almost since this morning! Thank god I have nothing to do here. This is me all day best job ever I never do anything." Another girl telling her"this is not a job this is an abuse; open to close?! Oh heck no that's why I stay at home". The cook/cashier girl was not even dressed as if she worked there. And there was another girl that wasn't even working here but for some reason was on the other side of the counter! Never go to this place ever!! I mean you can go if you're looking for horrible service and food.

I actually like the food, the place isn't awesome but its the only place we can find a chimi near by ,but the real problem is the lack of customer service. The same girl always. Nasty attitude and looks at you up and down. This place isn't even on google. It's a shame that they can't find anyone else to work here.

Stay away from this place! So I decided to Try this place since I was craving for a chimi and my boyfriend wanted some fried plaintains with sausage/fried chicken. But what a nightmare! As I'm waiting by the cash register sitting area I can see the kitchen and the lady cooking. She was smashing the plaintains, she then drops one on the floor..picks it up, smashes it and puts it on the plate with the others. She noticed I was looking at her but she didn't say one word. I told my boyfriend I wanted to walk out but he insisted that we just paid for the food and never eat there again. When I pulled out the chimi there was a bad smell to it. The sausage and fried chicken were overly greasy. We didn't eat the food and I wish I would've confronted that lady the moment she picked up the food from the floor and put it on the plate. We shouldn't had paid for it and should've just walked out at that moment. But It won't happen to me again!!!! This place has only been open for 7months and I see the reason why it was pretty empty!!! Don't go there!
