Krystal

I was in shock when someone told me that Krystal's use real eggs and their breakfast was good. So, I decided to give it a try. I was peeking in the drive through window and sure enough I saw them cracking real eggs and cooking them lolIf u need a quick Hot on the go southern breakfast, this is a good option. I ordered three egg breakfast combo. I ordered three egg scrambled, crispy bacon, grits, a biscuit, (very moist @ crispy on top) & Minute Maid Orange Juice. I added salt and pepper and it was sufficient! The drive thru cashier was polite and efficient.

Growing up in Florida I always loved Krystal burgers I was surprised to see that there are only a few left. After visiting this one I understand! Burgers were cold as were the fries. Diet Coke was out so she served us Dr. Pepper. We did drive thru so I think she thought we wouldn't notice but i sipped mine while waiting for our cold burgers. Her response was "well what would you like"Krystal's employees have lost that loving feeling and really don't care. Location was dirty. This one is located right next door to McDonalds tuff competition when you are serving cold food.Save Krystal's!!!

This is a pretty nice Krystal's. It is busy most of the time I visit, but the wait isn't too bad. They always get my order correct which is awesome. This Krystals is on 50 just west of Powers Drive right next to the McDonald's.

I had 2 bad experiences. The second one was worse, I had hair in my fries and they did nothing to correct it. Then I went to the bathroom and that was disgusting.

It's not your gourmet hamburger, but it's really good!! Very much like a White Castle burger. These came with mustard and onions instead of Ketchup. I added some. The french fries were really good and piping hot. They were bigger than McDonald's and I like them as much as the burgers. Staff was very friendly. One complaint was some crazy guy trying to get my attention for some money!

Ordered through door dash and my fries arrived COLD and under cooked, I ordered nuggets and got no sauce, no ketchup for the fries, or napkins! The website did not provide me an option to order these things as well! I ordered a strawberry lemonade and got a sprite!!

I love this place. I've been coming here for like 5 years now and their food never disappoints. The workers are usually nice but every now and then there's a bad apple. Very rarely is there a long wait but if there is, it's because they're making the food fresh. The only bad thing is that they stopped giving the spicy wing sauce. Those were delicious! Now they just have a generic buffalo sauce. Other than that great food, service, & people.

I ordered a 24 sackful meal, half cheese, and no mustard on any of the burgers. Therefore, I know the burgers were supposedly made fresh... At least they should've been. However, the bread was moldy almost all of the burgers as evidenced by the picture. I'm utterly disgusted as this was deliberate and not an oversight. I will never be back. I would give them a zero if there was a zero option to pick for a rating.

After a few months I've came back to Krystal's and now I have excellent service. The lady that took my order was Kayla she was so helpful and sweet. She really made my night and told my my food would hot and fresh and it was just that. Thank you sooo much miss Kayla! She was on it!!!

They are the best fast food in town I always ask for Krystal's. But all it is the gloves they need to put gloves on while they're plating the food.
