If you've been out partying, you know how important a Krystal is for sopping up the excess alcohol.Well, I'm giving it only 4 stars because the inside was closed so I have no idea how clean the interior was or how the service would have been inside, and the drive thru speaker was broken so, we pulled up to the window and placed an order. The cashier was super nice! Especially when you consider she was talking to people who pulled in 20 minutes before closing, Our order came out quick (and correct) and we were back on the road. Corn dogs were perfectly crunchy on the outside. Always delicious. Krystal burgers were soft melty wads of grease in a steamed bun. Exactly what the Dr. ordered. We grabbed a few glazed donut holes for dessert and now we are headed back home, full and happy.

Today I just wanted a little snack to tie me over until dinner. Never been there before. So I ordered a small fry and glazed bites. ( don't judge me). Anyway, I must have been sleep on Krystal. Service was on point. The fries were hot and not over salted and the bites..Baebeee, hot and fresh. Now I don't eat red meat but I just may return to see what else they got. For right now, it's a 3.5 stars for me.

Four (4) cars at the drive-thru at 4 pm on a Sunday afternoon and not only are the dining room doors locked, but they told all cars they are closing. The Yelp App says they are open until 2 am tonight. Second attempted visit in a year and both times turned away due to closure. Get your act together Krystal.

Is it really necessary to employ rude people? I just placed an order at the drive-thru and it was misheard by the cashier. I politely corrected the order when she read it back to me. After noting the corrections she snapped back about how I said the order wrong to begin with. Even if you feel this to be true, don't insult customer by trying to argue with them because without them you don't have a job.Aside from that, the food is to be as expected.

3:00 hour April 7,2024I don't even wanna give this business 1 start Sat there for 15 min no one even acknowledged me !When someone got on the mic I was being yelled at and talked to nasty because I asked did a fry come with a meal she yelled and said MAM I JUST ASKED YOU THAT ALREADY YELLING AT ME ! I told her I couldn't hear her she's like well I asked you ! WHEN I DROVE TO THE WINDOW SHE CAME TO THE WINDOW and I asked her do you know who was talking to me like that She continued to raise her voice at me and started again ! Closed the window on me for asking !I went inside and let her know look I was not raised to disrespect adults ! And she cursed in front of my child I told her I don't even curse in front of my kids !!!! She was like the manager told me do not serve you !
