Great customer service, thanks to our server Kayla. She is so knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and has great customer service skills.Three stars because the meat after one grilling constantly got burned, I've asked to change the grilling /cooking plate 4 times we were there. Even though you are allowed to be there for 2 hrs we weren't able to sit in the dining area for that long. The smoke is so intense it burns your eyes so badly. The ventilation doesn't work properly. After we left we had a smoke smell coming from us, clothing, and hair. Very disappointed with our dining experienceHershey's ice cream is really good

Service was great Hot pot with thiam Tom was good and spicy no need to add jalapeños like I did ....lol the meats were lack luster frozen inside of a case you had to pick out for yourself scallop was small the shrimp comes whole and you have to peel and devein yourself to the vermicelli and pho noodles were good but the ramen took way too long to cook some of the vegetables were bad and we had to pick them out ourselves I got the brown sugar boba which lacked taste the milk completely over powdered the tea and brown sugar overall the experience was nice but the price just isn't worth the hassle on vacation

Service as excellent Dario was a great waiter was very knowledgeable and friendly. Did get smoky as the restaurant got more full but didn't take away from the experience for us

Absolutely incredible value. For what my wife and I ate in our 2 hour limit here would've been $200 in equivalent anywhere else. Great for both a fun family occasion or a pleasant date night. Nice dark cool ambience with absolutely delicious food. Full buffet is also there if that's your tempo. Service was very kind and timely. Shela was very kind and gave us an incredible first experience. Can't wait to visit again!

Yet another solid place for AYCE Korean BBQ and Hot Pot. Very spacious restaurant with plenty of seating. Servers were friendly and quick to keep your drinks filled and to check to see if you need reorders and to bring your orders out. The food itself was solid. Lots of meat and vegetable options. The meat was well seasoned and the non marinated meats were also tender and well marbled. I also enjoyed how the buffet bar had a variety of side dishes you can get, along with appetizers. Some items include pickles, kimchi, and fried chicken wings. All in all, solid experience :)

Food was good service with Silvia is awesome. But all my friends that went to this location had food poisoning . The restaurant can be a bit more tidy from the locations I've been to. I hope the sanitary of the sauce bar improve. I suspect that's where we all got sick .

Tory/Tori was amazing! Very attentive to our table. A suggestion I have would be to allow mixing different soup broths. Might create a great new flavor!

Absolutely loooove this place. Great place to take the kids. The buffet has oysters make your own combo sauces great photo ops. Plenty of parking too. Staff has always been friendly. We live in Tampa and every time we are in town this is a must stop spot

I LOVED this place!! If you want a cool experience and amazing food at a great place, you have to check this place out. The buffet is AMAZING!! The hot pot soups are delicious. They have a nice variety of food to cook for the grill. I loved the Rangoons and seaweed salad. Everything is fresh and delicious. The staff was so nice and the spot is so cute. I love the spread. I recently will be back.
