If you've never tried Pakistani BBQ, Koyla is here to introduce you. Right off of 192, a small but inviting storefront. The restaurant is well lit and it was very quiet. We got here around 2 on a Sunday afternoon. Our server was well informed and more than willing to make recommendations and give us a detailed tour of the menu. He was attentive throughout the experience and great customer service. We started with Veggie Samosas, they were served hot and fast. The spice level and flavor worked well with the raita and tamarind chutney, both very enjoyable. Our server let us know it would be about 20 minutes for our entrees to be prepared - it was well worth the wait. We ordered chicken tikka leg quarter, Beef Bihari, garlic naan, and puri paratha. The food is flavorful. Everything was served hot. Spice level for the beef Bihari is high, however it was delicious.

Real deal Pakistani barbecue. I had the Nihari and the Bihari kebab. Both were outstanding.. Another authentic touch is they serve water at room temperature if you desire. No frills atmosphere, but this is part of the charm. Good value for the quality of food.

Worst experience ever. Came here twice, was not served food. Each time there was a random excuse - no care of respect for the customer who has travelled from far away or is need of food to feed the family. I was greeted by two different guys at the counter (each time), both were arrogant & lacked basic customer service skills. I thought the other recent bad reviews may have been exaggerated, but having experienced it myself (twice), I'm surprised how they don't even care about their reputation - specially after I noticed few of their responses to the customer reviews/complaints on google. If anyone wants to see how (really) bad customer service looks like, then this is a good place.

We visited Koyla BBQ during our trip to Orlando FL. Location is convenient, place was busy. Ambiance below average with stcky dirty tables and what seemed like leaky yellow stained ceiling. Right in the heart of tourist zone, so close to Disney parks this location could do so much better but why bother when you are seeing new faces every day who are traveling and need to eat Halal food. Very disappointing. Menu options were very limited. Service and prices subpar. We never went back during our 8 day trip.

Excellent AUTHENTIC Charcoal grilled kabobs, friendly service, some seating inside but you come here for the food (not the ambiance). Suggestions are Bihari kabob, malai kabob, really any of them... the paratha kabob rolls are perfectly wrapped up with chutney and onions...good restaurants deserve a shout out!

Invited by a friend for dinner, the first impression was little overwhelming to see simple sitting arrangement without any ambiance, but the food was exceptionally good. The service was also excellent with nice friendly staff.

The service here was not good. We walked in and were not given a table, and weren't even allowed to order take out. They had 15 guests, and this was considered hectic for them. We really wanted to try the food so we don't have a say on this, but the service was not okay. Although we weren't given service to, the manager was nice and was honest about wait times, instead of having us wait around.

Close to 4 stars. Man hard to find a really good Pakistani restaurant. Too many owners go for short term profits and sacrifice the service and quality. The spices are good and the naan are on point. Outside of that the cost cutting is obvious. If the owners would invest in proper silverware and a competent serving staff this would be five stars. If they would add more meat in the dishes I would give it five stars.
