My wife and I have been coming to this location for many years. The service here is absolutely tremendous. From the moment of checking in for your reservation, to the hibachi cooking, all the way to the end of service. Truly is a great experience. The wait staff is always on point with refills. Attentive when taking orders once seated. This visit I ordered the Shrimp and Scallops, but my usual order is the tofu. Aside from Tofu entree, you can get the: Filet Mignon, Sirloin, Chicken, Vegetable Delight, Salmon, Lobster and Tuna Tataki. They also offer chef combinations. Land by Sea (Filet Mignon, Lobster and Shrimp), Sumo Sampler (Sirloin, Chicken, Lobster, Shrimp Kobe Trio (Sirloin, Chicken and Shrimp). You can also upgrade to Filet for $8, Ultimate Japanese Wagyu (60oz Wagyu Beef and Lobster), Seafood Trio (Lobster, Shrimp, Scallops). All of the entrees include Onion Soup, Salad, Fried Rice, Grilled Noodles, and dipping sauces. They also offer a kid's menu, which is the onion soup, salad, grilled veggies, noodles and tried rice. All portioned for the kids. Before the main meal, they give you the clear onion soup, and crisp green salad with ginger dressing or the white dressing. I always get the ginger dressing. That onion soup just has a depth of flavor. Simply delicious. For the salad ginger dressing is better than the white dressing in my humble opinion. After the soups and salads were done, the Chef arrived at the table. He introduced himself and then began confirming everybody's orders. Shortly after that...the show starts. I love when they flip the spatulas. Great hand eye coordination for sure.Next the vegetables, and the rice. Seeing Chef cut the vegetables with the sharp knife is mesmerizing. Always cut with precision. Vegetables were crisp and fresh and perfectly seasoned. Kobe's fried rice is my favorite fried rice, since it is made directly in front of you. After that they start the noodles which are the best part of the meal! Next, they cook all the seafood and then the meat. If there are chicken orders, they get that going off to the side, since it needs longer time to cook. This past visit, I had scallops and shrimp, which were perfectly made with garlic, herbs and lemon. If anyone has a seafood allergy, they will make all the seafood last after everything else is made. Outside of having proper ramen, Kobe's noodles are my favorite. The soy sauce, garlic, the butter.... Again, deliciousness. All in all, I will always dine at this Kobe's. It's a great experience every time, we love the vibe here. I want to give a wonderful shout out to our server Hien and our Chef Salima. Both of them were fantastic and made our night so memorable. Add this to your list, it is truly one of the best hibachi's we have ever had. Aces!

As a long-time Benihana goer, this felt like getting less for more. Onion soup was more like onion broth, the salad was nearly all watery iceberg, and the cooked food mostly tasted burnt. The cooked veggies were the cheapest one could buy, broccoli, large chunks of carrots, and onions. Unlike Benihana, which gives tasty sauces to accompany the butter-soy cooked everything, Kobe gave "yum-yum sauce", which was basically a creamy salad dressing. No ginger sauce or mustard sauce. When I asked for teriyaki sauce on the side, what I got tasted mostly like sweet chemicals. Service and show were great, but I won't be going back.

This place is by far the best Japanese hibachi restaurant. That's why it is always packed. My wife, who is very picky, said the chicken was the best she has ever had, and I agreed. I had the steak and shrimp which were excellent. The veggies and noodles were also outstanding. We go there every time we are in Celebration. Highly recommend.

If you want to have a fun evening. You have to come here. Great show and the food is great. The service is outstanding. They are right there if you need anything. Really enjoyed the ambiance. Was not that crazy about the noodles. But everything else was great. My wife said next time just tell them no noodles. Believe me you won't leave hungry. Give them a try.

If you love Japanese food, this is your place. I ate here twice while I was in Orlando. The food was delicious. The drinks were flavorful and the service was awesome. The ambiance here is pleasant, giving Japanese garden decor. There's a great bar area, and hibachi dining room. You're able to dine in both areas. The menu is awesome, the offer all the favorites, from sushi to hibachi style dishes.

This has got to be one of the best Hibachi we've been to. The food was great! Our server though forgot our appetizer and didn't even apologized for it. He was like, "oh well". It was also our friend's birthday and he acknowledged it when he took the order but however forgot towards the end, so she did not receive her bday candle dessert. We didn't bother mentioning it as it was frustrating enough. The Hibachi chef and cooking was great. No issues there. I'll def return for the food not for the service.

Hibachi is always fun. Very skilled chefs and the food is consistently delicious. The portions are quite large so pace yourself and take some home for second dinner.
